Newly built 3-story townhome in the heart of Orange County! Centrally located 10-15 minutes away from major OC medical centers (i.e. CHOC, St, Josephs, UCI Med Center, St. Judes) + Disneyland Resort. Walking distance from the Anaheim packing house and downtown Anaheim. A modern neighborhood with a pool, clubhouse, and multiple barbecue areas.
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The garage and entry room are on the first floor. The second floor includes an open-concept kitchen with all amenities (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc) along with the family room and dining room. On the third floor, enjoy a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with a double sink bathroom, full shower, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with its own ensuite bathroom with a full shower/bathtub. The washer/dryer is also on the bedroom floor for easy and convenient access to laundry.
