Recently remodeled, 3BR/2BA farmhouse retreat in Thatcher, AZ. Near Eastern Arizona College, park and local attractions. The fully-equipped kitchen, cozy rooms with stylish furnishings, fast WiFi, and foosball table promise both fun and relaxation. This family friendly home has everything you may need including an outdoor deck, firepit and family games in a quiet neighborhood. There are three bedroom in the home: two with queen size beds and one with bunk beds. Extra guests can sleep on a sofa pull out queen size mattress. A full bathroom with tub shower is attached to laundry room and master bedroom has it's own bathroom. A backyard deck and outside fire pit with chairs help you experience a relaxing outdoor retreat. This home is close to Eastern Arizona College with public racquetball courts, tennis court, and swimming pool. Mt. Graham is great for hiking and apple picking at Angle Orchard. Discovery Park and Mount Graham Golf Couse are also nearby. Experience the "small town" feel of farmhouse living with the comfort of modern amenities at this charming retreat!

The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. It felt very homey. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent again. It was nice that it was so close to a park and to Main Street restaurants. We also enjoyed the private patio and backyard. The homeowner was friendly and responsive.

Perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this cute and cozy property! Our boys loved the foosball table and cornhole, and we really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit with our son, who is is attending EAC. The house was super clean, and we really appreciated all the friendly little touches such as snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and bath products. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Thatcher!

Home Away from Home

Clean and comfortable home. Nice quiet neighborhood with close proximity to surrounding communities. Kitchen had all the necessities. Kids loved the fooseball table and connect four game, and nearby splash pad. Great place to relax and connect as a family.

Texas Road Trip

This by far the best of the 4 VRBOs we stayed at on our trip! Clean and modern with lots of amenities such as coffee, hot chocolate, snacks and water. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens. They have a foosball table and other games for kids. Nice TVs hooked up to Roku. I would stay again. Thanks!

It is obvious that the owners have put a lot of thought and work into this house. It appears to be one of the very old adobe houses, which can be found throughout the area. I give them five stars for both the cleanliness and decor. There were only some very minor complaints; the toilet paper holder easily falls off the wall in the master bedroom. The bed in the Master bedroom was too tall for my wife to easily get on, much less use as a seat for either of us while changing clothes. The master bedroom was surprisingly cold in the mornings, while the rest of the house was warm. The faux fire place doesn't actually work. These are very minor complaints, which I hesitate to mention. . But the overall sense of the place was wonderful! I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Believe it or not, this farmhouse retreat not only offers comfortable accommodations but also provides a unique setting of gardens, barns, and tractor, in neighboring yards. We have “farmed” this property while also raising our family here. It’s a great spot to discover this town and the people here. We have so many great memories attached to it, and we’re convinced that you will, too.

It is a great spot to discover Thatcher and the people here.
