There is free parking and garage access.
Each guest has their own individualized code for Smart Lock Access. No keys are necessary. The code is changed after each person's stay
Other things to note
Absolutely NO PARTIES

*All guests must be identified and accounted for unless they are minors. Failure to disclose the guest count can result in dismissal from the property without a refund.

*Garage is accessible with 7+ day stays. There is an incline into the garage, you can park at the top of the driveway if you would like. Please remember to leave the garage door opener. Failure to do so will result in a rekeying fee

* Long term stays, greater than 3 months, may be subject to a refundable deposit and simple lease agreement

*SMOKING
Smoking outside ONLY in the backyard- Please empty and clean ashtray before checkout. Smoking in the home will incur a $350 penalty PLUS necessary fees to remedy the situation and cost of lost bookings.

*PETS
Allowable under 50lbs with rabies vaccine
Must be allowable on the Insurance Policy
Must be housetrained

You must clean up after your pets, including but not limited to accidents, bathroom breaks, and scooping up and discarding of feces in the house or yard (Trash can is on the right side of the house). Accidents in the house must be cleaned with a disinfectant. Excessive hair shedding in the home (defined as not easily vacuumed from the floor). Failure to do so will result in a nonrefundable $500 excessive cleaning fee per pet.

***UNDISCLOSED PETS will be subject to an automatic fee of $350 in addition to deposit. Failure to pay the fee will result in eviction from the property with no refund. Please disclose your pets so this is not necessary. We are happy to accept our furry friends!
