Villa Plumeria is special and literally every detail has been thought of from the thoughtfully curated artwork and furniture to the anti-microbial door handles, faucet handles and even toilet handles. All guests sleep on top of the line memory foam mattresses and guests can choose from an assortment of pillows we offer for different types of sleepers. If you have to work we have a secure, dedicated network with lighting fast Wi-Fi with access points that cover the entire 1/3 acre property. We also provide several desks that provide secluded workspaces throughout the property with an available USB-c universal docking station and a 27" Dell monitor.

There is a separate “mother in law” casita suite that has ample closet space, a mini fridge and it’s own bathroom for those that want a little privacy and separation from the rest of the group.

Chefs both amateur and professional will love the stunner of a kitchen with a top of the line 36" gas cooktop with professional dual-ring burner, double ovens, and every small appliance you can think of; and we’ve got a built-in Reverse Osmosis water system so our guests drink and cook with only the best and healthiest of water.

The show stopper of a yard really embraces the amazing weather we have here and provides countless activities to keep everyone of all ages busy. Soak and relax in the hot tub or swim and play some basketball in our sparkling saltwater pool surrounded by the incomparable gardens. It truly feels like a private oasis. Want to sit outside but not miss the game? We have a great outdoor area for lounging and dining with a large television so you’ll catch all the action. Test your skills on our 7 hole golf course ⛳️ that is like no other.
Bocce Ball, Ping Pong, Bowling and Corn Hole round out the outdoor activities our guests can enjoy and we have several outdoor fire features great for ambience, warmth and s’mores of course. Cook al fresco on our extra large, natural gas grill and dine al fresco at one of our many outdoor dining tables including a custom made patio table that will easily seat your entire group and then some. The place is perfectly set up for families with young ones too. We have 2 Pac n' Play portable cribs, a high chair, a baby pool float and many other unique baby items like an outdoor covered play dome to keep the babies close, happy, but protected from the sun. We have board games and games in our game closet for guests of all ages too.

Believe it or not, there’s more! The garage has been converted into a game room that is loaded with the best of the best. Arcade games, basketball, air hockey, foosball, a projector for movies, etc. and even a brand new digital Pinball machine that actually has 10 different Star Wars themed games and game designs! Show off your vocals with our karaoke machine too. This game room is perfect for everyone both young and young at heart.
