A charming craftsman built in 1926 with original millwork and flooring on main level. A beautifully updated kitchen will make your stay feel like you are at a high end home. Located in the perfect little small town buzzing with families and friendly people! A minute walk will take you to supper at Sips & Savors, happy hour at Kuennen's Tap or shopping at Mark's Jewelry. Walk up the hill and see the stunning Catholic Church or the German American Museum. A brand new park is right around the corner as well!

The hosts were very accommodating. The cozy bungalow was just what we needed. Our 18 month old daughter had fun exploring. We hosted breakfast for family close by. We plan to stay again!

What a great historic, charming cottage! We were able to spread out as a family of 4, enjoy common areas together and truly be comfortable. We were attending a wedding at the Waucoma Event Center, and enjoyed the close proximity. A great touch was the amount of coffee pods and having paper to go cups. As a coffee drinker who almost always has a to go cup, it was nice to not have to bring one, or buy one. We loved thiss VRBO and if we find our way back to NE Iowa, we would happily stay again.

The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Some of the amenities we enjoyed were bottled water in the refrigerator, coffee maker with to go cups and phone chargers throughout the house. We will definitely stay again when visiting family in the area.

We went to the Not Quite Brothers Show in Waucoma. Great place to stay for a 3 couples. It is such a cute property.

Cute & Cozy!

It is updated and stylish. It’s so cute & cozy with it all being very accommodating! The beds are all very comfortable to sleep on. We all had a good night sleep! I would definitely come back stay!
