THE PROPERTY:
If you like the history, shopping, eating, or the busy nightlife, then this is a great resort for you! On-site, you will find a fitness center, rooftop dipping pool and terrace, and bar and lounge to sit back and relax at without even leaving the resort. There is also a Marketplace in case you need any last-minute items or souvenirs.

THE ROOM:
The spacious 1 bedroom accommodates up to 4 with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a door that separates these spaces for privacy. There is 1 full bath. The living room and dining room are adjoining with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV in each room, a private safe in the bedroom, and free Wi-Fi. Coin laundry service is available on the 11th floor.

THE LOCATION:
The resort brings you within minutes to downtown New Orleans. It is located just outside of the busy streets of New Orleans but in walking distance to Bourbon St., the famous French Quarter, Cafe Beignet, and so much more!

The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International airport (MSY) is 15 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants within close driving or walking distance.

*Due to the downtown location, resort parking is valet only ($38 a day, plus tax).* Trailers, RVs and oversized vehicles are not permitted for resort valet parking
