You will find this tiny house tucked beneath the live oak trees next to the main house. We are 10-15 minute drive to popular Dripping Springs wedding venues, distilleries and breweries. There is a neighborhood lake that is a quick 10 minute walk (3 minute drive) with beautiful walking paths and swimming dock.
Sleeping- one loft area (sitting room) with queen bed and one queen sleeper sofa
Amenities- full kitchen, propane fire pit, outdoor dining space
Parking- private drive with short walking path to house.
The guest house has a private back yard, but the front yard is shared with the owner. The guests are welcome to use the front yard as little or as much as they wish. You may see children and a dog running around from time to time, as we are often outside! Please take noise into account upon booking. We have friendly and quiet neighbors as well.
