PLEASE NOTE: We have access to the master room, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units for each resort. Prices will vary dependent on each unit AND resort. The listed $400 per night is based on the 1 bedroom Grand Mayan resort. Upon your booking, we will have to confirm with the resort that there is still availability for the dates you choose, so please be patient with us as we call and confirm. IF the dates are not available, we will kindly ask you to cancel your booking or modify your dates.

Essential Information:
*Only can accept 7 day bookings AND can only check-in on a Monday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
*Guests are charged a fully refundable security deposit upon check-in.
*All reservations will be charged a resort fee of $150-$450 USD (dependent upon which unit is booked) per booking and a daily tax fee that is to be paid directly to property upon check-in. This daily resort fee covers on-resort transportation, local telephone calls, wireless or highspeed internet, the daily newspaper summary (upon request), one welcome cocktail, incoming faxes, and access to gym facilities.
* Pricing based on double occupancy, no additional charge for extra persons up to maximum occupancy allowed. Final Receipt reflects total charges based on occupancy booked. Master room allows up to 2 adults and 2 kids 12 years and younger, 1 bedroom allows up to 4 adults and 2 kids 12 years and younger, 2 bedroom allows up to 6 adults and 2 kids 12 years and younger.
*Children 12 and under are complimentary using existing bedding when sharing room with adult. Names and ages of children must be included on reservation.
