Sleep peacefully on comfortable new mattresses and bedding in both Bedrooms. We provide 4 pillows with pillow cases, 1 set of sheets and Quilt for each bed. Extra pillows, sheets and blankets are available in closets.

Each Guest is provided with plush Bath towels and hand towels. Extra towels provided.

We proudly maintain our home with the highest standard of cleanliness.

The new, fully-equipped kitchen contains gourmet KitchenAid appliances with toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, skillets, etc. with basic spices available. Even a popcorn popper!

Dinnerware for 6, cooking, serving and dining utensils with plenty of mugs, glassware with Acrylic provided as well.

Necessities for your stay include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, and dish soap provided.
Hairdryer, iron with ironing board, sleep sound machine available :).

USB ports for easy charging throughout the Cottage.

House is always professionally cleaned between Guests.

This is a non-smoking property, no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the house, including cigarettes, vaping or medical marijuana.
Feel free to use the patio!

Respect for our neighbors is of paramount concern.
Absolutely no parties or late night noise allowed.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee will apply.

The Cottage is our part-time home and is equipped with everything that you will need for an easy, comfortable stay. We live on the property in a separate house; are available as needed, yet out of the way.
