Our 1st Floor Rear A - King size bed Suite, 1BR offers a spacious and stylish home away from home. The suite features a cozy bedroom with comfortable beds to ensure a great night's sleep. The full bathroom is clean and modern, and comes equipped with all the essentials. Our suite also includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the cooking essentials, allowing you to cook your favorite meals with ease. We offer a high-quality, premium 12 inch thick fluffy memory foam that provides exceptional comfort and support. Our mattress is made of multiple layers of memory foam, which conforms to the contours of your body and distributes your weight evenly across the surface, reducing pressure points and providing a comfortable sleep experience.

Guest Access:
Guests staying at our 1st Floor Rear A - King Suite, 1BR will have access to the entire suite, including the bedroom, full bathroom and kitchen. Our property is self-check-in, so guests can arrive and enter the suite on their own using the keypad lock. We provide fresh linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries for your convenience. Our suite also includes smart TVs, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay. If you have any questions or concerns during your visit, our property management team is always available to assist you.

The Neighborhood:
Haddington is located in West Philadelphia and is bordered by Market Street to the north, 52nd Street to the east, Vine Street Expressway to the south, and Cobbs Creek to the west. The neighborhood is primarily residential, with a mix of row houses and apartment buildings. There are also several parks in the area, including Haddington Woods and Cobbs Creek Park

Haddington is considered a relatively safe neighborhood in Philadelphia.

Public Transportation: SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) provides bus and trolley service throughout Philadelphia, and there are several stops near this beautiful apartment. The Market-Frankford Line (also known as the "El") is also accessible from nearby stations.

Ridesharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in Philadelphia and can be used to quickly get around the city.

Walking: Haddington is a walkable neighborhood, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance from this apartment.

Biking: Philadelphia has several bike-friendly routes and bike-sharing services, such as Indego, which can be used to get around the city on two wheels.

Driving: If you have access to a car, there are several major roads nearby, including Market Street and the Schuylkill Expressway, which can be used to travel around Philadelphia and beyond.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we require a $179 Refundable Incidnetal fee to be paid prior to your check-in date. This fee is paid directly to us and is fully refundable given the fact no damages had occured to the property and non of our house rules and policies were breached.

Our apartment is located on the First floors of a building and there is no elevator, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

We provide fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience.

Smoking is permitted outside the building, but we kindly ask that you smoke away from the building and be considerate of other guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am. If you need to request an earlier check-in or later check-out time, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.


Early check in at 2pm - $25 fee
Late check out at 12pm - $25 fee

We take pride in keeping our apartment clean and tidy, and we ask that you do the same during your stay. Please clean up after yourself and leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.

NO SMOKING!
Please refrain from smoking, vaping, or using hookah inside or outside of our apartment. To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy in our premises.

Smoking is permitted outside the building, but we kindly ask that you smoke away from the building and be considerate of other guests.

★ To ensure the safety of all our guests, it is important that the smoke detector batteries remain intact throughout your stay. Removing the smoke detector batteries is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty of $50. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping the smoke detectors functional at all times. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

★Please note that these units are on the second and third floors. You must ascend a flight of stairs.

We make it easy to find and book properties you'll never want to leave. You can relax knowing that our team is here for you 24/7 and that your vacation rental will always be nothing less than wonderful!

We welcome families with children, and we can provide pack n play and high chair upon request.

There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted.

As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. We understand that pets can bring great joy, and we hope that you and your pet will have a wonderful stay with us while respecting this request. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
