Novaispania Govenor residences are luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 full bath private homes with ocean views, at the tip of the Baja California peninsula in Los Cabos. These beautiful residences are adjacent to the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach & Golf Resort, which is only a short golf cart ride away. Each home has a private infinity pool and outdoor grilling area, in addition to a private hot tub. Guests will enjoy Elite services, including a butler, during their stay and transportation is available to all of the adjacent resort amenities, including the award winning Armonia Spa, the Quivera Golf Club and Course, multiple bars and pools, and over 26 restaurants for many differing tastes. Complimentary shuttle transportation is also provided to/from the sister resorts, Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos (Blanco), which are located on Medano Beach (swimmable) and are a 10 minute walk from downtown Cabo and the marina area.

The Novaispania residences sleep up to 12 guests and are approximately 4,500 air-conditioned square feet in size. Kitchens are fully equipped, a laundry room is provided, and each home has a two car garage. Your stay includes owner-Elite member privileges, including discounts on golf, babysitting, and kids club. For an additional fee, you can arrange for a personal chef, a private golf card, nanny services, and grocery and delivery services. You may also opt for one of the all-inclusive packages for food and drinks, and with your elite status, you can receive up to a 60% discount on the all-inclusive plan. There are many area attractions, including horseback riding, snorkeling, swimming with Dolphins, ziplining, and other adventures. These activities can be booked through the Concierge service at the resort. What a great family or couples vacation spot!

The beach at Novaispania is beautiful, but is not swimmable, due to the undertow. Guests can shuttle to Pueblo Bonito Rose on Medano beach to swim in the ocean. Each Novaispania Villa has its own private infinity pool, plus 6 pools available to you at Sunset Beach, in addition to the pools, beach, and ocean at both Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos.
