My husband and I stayed here for our Yosemite elopement. Overall I would stay here again! We had a few family meals and the space was perfect for hosting. The place wasn’t as clean as I would have liked but you are in the mountains so I still give 4 stars. We accidentally got locked out (so be careful with the locks) and wasn’t able to get in touch with the host and had to climb through the window lol. The view off the back deck is amazing and the property is easy to access (no crazy stairs like some other places in Yosemite west). There are quite a few stairs in the place but it wasn’t too bad. Also there is an extra bedroom that’s not pictured in the listing!

Good clean property. They have allthe utensils, bathroom supplies. Basic supplies like salt and sugar can be made available. Property appeared same as described on the vrbo. Best part, it is inside the Yosemite National Park, once you enter the park, no need to buy entry ticket next day. Highlight - a bear crossed our road while leaving the property at 9am. strongly recommend the property.

Yosemite Vacation

The location of this property is perfect. Very close to glacier point and easy access to Yosemite Valley. Being able to stay inside the park gates definitely saves time. The only negative about this property is the cleanliness. When we arrived there were dirty towels in the washer. The skillets were coated and had to be soaked and scrubbed before we could cook on them. We still had a very enjoyable vacation, but for the price point I would expect a cleaner property.

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay! All 5 stars in each subcategory from our extended family of 11. In addition to all the details in the listing (games, kitchen tools, etc.) it was also a nice surprise to have nice shampoo/ conditioner/ wash provided and wonderful to have more beds than expected (3 BR: 1 queen, 1 queen, 1 full with double twin bunk). The only thing that may be needed would be more sheets if you plan to have anyone sleep on a couch (extra pillows and blankets were provided). Thank you for a wonderful week!

Fantastic stay and responsive host

It was our first time staying in Yosemite West and the Subset Retreat was spacious, clean and super convenient to Glacier Point and the Valley. The host was very responsive, kind and accommodating to our requests. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Great place inside yosemite. But needs some improvements

The location is really nice ,its inside the valley so you dont need reservations . The house has all the necessities.But the place is not as clean . there were cobwebs inside the house , and the outdoor patio was dirty / not maintained. And the towels smelled weird not sure if they were washed properly ,

Beautiful family Trip

The owner was very communicative which is always important. The house is beautiful in a great area near all major sites. Everything was available to us, such as everything you would need in a kitchen, washer and dryer, etc
 the master bedroom very large which includes a bathroom with a huge shower. The set up is very comfortable and we were very pleased. The temperature in Yosemite is very hot this time of year and this location provides air conditioning as many others do not. .

Great location and nice property

Location was amazing. Communication was great. Property was nice. Overall the property was pretty clean, but the grill was dirty. Needed to be aired out a bit because it smelled shut in. Also, we didn't have access to the office. It had two doors that were locked. We didn't need it, but thought I should mention it. Property could use some extra batteries for remotes and some throw blankets in the living room. We enjoyed our visit.

There is terrible experience for booking from Expedia ever. I am arrived at property on 5 pm and a house has not been clean. Everything massy , trash still there. Bed has not made . It’s so terrible . When I called owner. They said house keeping not clean the house and already out of town. They only give house keeping room code and let’s me clean house by myself. Owner said house keeping will come tomorrow for tonight I need to clean and manage on my own. Owner said will give me a discount for this inconvenience but never keep promise . I left message when check out.owner never call back. I suppose to be on vacation . Not sign up to clean somebody house!!!
