Enjoy impressive views of the red rock landscapes from these homes. With a combined total of 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, they can comfortably host up to 39 guests. These homes offer a practical choice for occasions like family reunions, business trips, or large groups exploring Southern Utah, given their proximity to each other.

Both of these contemporary homes are equipped with well-stocked kitchens and outdoor BBQ grills, making them perfect for group dining. Explore the neighborhood on scooters or engage in a game of Pickleball at the Community court. For indoor activities, challenge your companions to Nintendo Switch games or enjoy a few rounds of ping pong. Highchairs and Port-a-cribs are available in each home, so there's no need to bring your own. While Escondido's amenities are currently in development, Red Sands Vacations will provide you and your guests with one-day passes to the Washington Rec Center. This pass grants access to a variety of facilities, including pools, a splash pad, a lazy river, a slide, rock climbing, a gym, and more.

This beautiful 5-bedroom / 4 bathroom home can sleep up to 20 people, and is perfect for a beautiful southern retreat! Downstairs, just off of the kitchen and dining room you will find the Master Bedroom with an Ensuite bathroom. The double vanity makes getting ready for the day a breeze, and the separate water closet provides the necessary privacy that everyone needs! There is also a Queen bedroom downstairs, located next to the entryway, with a Jack n' Jill style bathroom. The kids will absolutely love to sleep in the upstairs bunk room, which includes 2 double full bunk beds and 1 twin trundle, sleeping up to 9 people. You will find 2 more bedrooms upstairs, just off the loft. One is equipped with a king-size bed, a desk, and a smart TV, while the other bedroom has 2 queen-size beds. Each room has access to a tub & shower combo bathroom. Charge your electric vehicle with the provided EV charging station in the garage. Spend the night cooking some delicious food on the grill or in the beautifully stocked kitchen. Once the kids have gone to bed, take the fun upstairs and sit down at the brand new poker table. Challenge each other to a game on the ping pong table or a match at the community pickleball courts! With all the amenities this desert home has to offer, the fun will never end!

This elegant 5-bedroom 4-bathroom home can sleep as many as 19 people comfortably. The master bedroom hosts a king bed as well as a TV and an ensuite bathroom. Just off the entry, the second bedroom hosts a Sofa Sleeper with direct access to a hall bathroom. Upstairs you will find a double queen bedroom with a TV, as well as another Queen suite with its own mounted TV! The bunk room is the perfect place for kids or kids at heart to spend their vacation nights, with 1 twin/double/queen bunk bed and another full/ full with an ensuite. The living and kitchen area host gorgeous windows, as well as plenty of light and privacy from the outside world. Escape the average day-to-day routine and come relax at Paradise Palms with all of your favorite people!
