Villa on the Rock - 360 Bay View

The villa on the rock is the perfect gateway villa for families and group of friends. Nested high in the mountain of Koh Phangan, it offers privacy, calm and pure relaxation. With superb views over the bay of Koh Phangan, stretching until Koh Samui. This villa is surrounded by a large jungle garden on a 2.7 Acres of land. The villa offers 2 bedrooms with king size bed, 3 shower rooms, kitchen, living room, covered dinning area, covered patio, private infinity pool and solarium with sunloungers.

Villa on the Rock is four guest’s villa, built entirely on a huge rock, whose shape imposed the orientation and the organization of the Villa. All the rooms have a sea view and a superb top view on the surrounding lush jungle. Transparency and light were essential in this construction design, giving the feeling to live inside and outside at the same time, with such as a landscape and panorama... living in this villa is more an experience than a stay.

When walking up the low steps to the villa, you are invited to 2 bedrooms with king beds, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Every bedroom gets a working desk as well. Both rooms have en-suite shower room with showers, WC and double sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a fully open front sliding window over a built-in breakfast table that let you see the views of Thong Sala Bay. You can enjoy a relaxed outside seating looking at the sunrise, the view or the sunset while chatting with friends.
Further back, the cozy living room wide open on the outside 8m long infinity pool and the shaded terrace can host up to 6 people on the large sofa. It features a 53’ flat screen smart TV, , laptop stand, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The outside dining area is perfect for any meals of the day, with a view.
The solarium with 4 sunbeds and bean bags directly set on the top of the rock, near the breakfast bar and facing sea view is perfect for drinks ‘’al fresco’’. The entire wooden deck wraps around the house, for easy access to all the villa areas. The villa features as well guest toilet with showes and a storage. Wi-Fi in all rooms and outdoor spaces, speed 10 Gb/s.

** Please be informed that the living room sofa is not convertible into a bed, the maximum number to sleep in the villa is 4 occupants. Maximum number of person allowed during daytime : 6 persons **

The guests will have access to all the areas of the villa.

Other things to note
The villa is located high in the mountains, which is why it has superb views over Koh Phangan Bay & tranquility. However, we strongly recommend renting a car (small SUV) or a scooter to access the property and to allow you to explore more freely the superb surroundings of Koh Phangan.

**We require a refundable damage deposit of 15,000 THB. This is a mandatory condition for check in the villa.**
