Welcome to our "Graduate Style" HOME! Located close to ALL the USC fun in Columbia. One mile from "Willy B" stadium and centrally located to all the fun! Spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that is PERFECT to share with other families or for a larger family visiting Columbia. Fun decor with a USC vibe! ALL NEW beds and linens. Kitchen fully stocked with all new dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc. Traditional coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Great seating in the living room with a smart TV and Wifi. Master bedroom on first floor with king bed and full double sink bathroom and smart TV. Huge walk in closet with luggage racks and steamer. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and huge walk in closets and luggage racks. Full bathroom upstairs between bedrooms with double sink and tub/shower. Washer and dryer on main level.

Recently converted from a student rental to a VRBO. We are currently still updating and will be doing patching and full paint in the coming month. Also have some fun artwork coming for some of the spaces including two upstairs bedrooms.

Place was perfect. It smelled great when we first walked in. It was very clean and looked just like pics. It had a homey feeling. Location was very close to the places we had plans to go. We were in town for my nieces graduation from USC.

Wonderful host! The pictures actually do not do it justice. It is a beautiful property.! Squeaky clean and smelled fresh throughout our stay. Linens and beds were immaculate! We travel a lot, and I can say that this has been the cleanest and most comfortable! The beds were fabulous and oh!! Those pillows helped us sleep deep! Kitchen was very well equipped, fantastic location and close to everything. Highly recommend and would easily rent again.

House was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped! Plenty of towels for all bathrooms and kitchen. Our family enjoyed our stay here immensely. Enjoyed my coffee every morning on the front porch. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect — close to everything but still nice and quiet. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. The space is a tad smaller than it appears in the photos, but it was still very cozy and well laid out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Great property and nice owners

Was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the property. An excellent home, upscale furnishings, comfortable bed and linens, the owner was very thoughtful to have a number of basics there already (detergent, paper towels, etc.). Really great. Owner was communicative when I had a question. Would stay here again in a minute.

Wonderful Stay

We had a perfect stay in this wonderful house. It was located in a great quiet neighborhood. It was VERY clean and the beds were so very comfortable. The property manager replied within minutes of any questions we had. We plan on staying there again next time we're in the area. Wonderful home away from home!!!

Columbia graduation

After a bit of a bumpy start, can’t say enough about our experience. Upon arrival, we did not have our check in door code and getting it proved to be a bit of a challenge. We did work it out and in my mind, the way you recover from service stumbles says as much about you as a host as the house, the listing and the overall experience. Once we got in, the house was perfect and exuded the kind of Gamecock spirit we were hoping for. It’s well appointed, clean, and playfully decorated with a South Carolina/Gamecock theme which was perfect for celebrating our daughter’s graduation. It’s very convenient to campus, perfectly situated Between downtown Columbia and the football stadium. Outstanding experience!

Perfect house for a weekend in Columbia

We had a wonderful stay in Columbia for our son’s graduation. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy, it was furnished perfectly and super clean. Convenient location to all things UofSC. We will definitely try to stay there again next time we visit Columbia. The host, Jason, was very accommodating when we requested a few hours early check in. Great Homecoming Weekend

We were in Columbia for USC's homecoming weekend. Jason's place was amazing and very close to William Brice Stadium. We walked back from the win over TX A&M. Jason was very responsive and the place felt like home for the 4 days. I would highly recommend this and will be booking it again in the future.

Perfect stay

Our family enjoyed a perfect stay at this condo. We spent the weekend visiting my son who is a student at USC. We attended a football game and this truly was a great location. The space was well stocked, well cared for, and nicely decorated. Jason was easy to communicate with and also allowed us to check in a little early. My husband and I could not find one negative!

Fabulous house

Our son is a USC alumni and we have spent a lot of time in Columbia during his last 4 years. It was always a challenge to find a place to stay that was centrally located. We ended up investing in his current home and had the opportunity to invest in this home around the corner. We loved the idea of having a place for our family to stay while in town and also share it with other USC families or visitors.
