Welcome to your new home near Highland - Revitalized in the past few years into a dynamic hub of entertainment, education, and eateries, and home to Austin Community College's Highland Campus and the newest Austin "Chinatown".

Our 600 sqft apartment comes standard with a fully-stocked kitchen, designated work space, well-appointed bedroom, washer & dryer, & ultra-fast internet.

The Space:
Vibrant locality, home-inspired design, and redefined simplicity; these are the design principles that we aim to achieve when creating this space that you will be calling home during your stay with us. Working, relaxing, or living to the fullest, our spaces have all the essentials you need for your stay in Austin.

** Please note that this is a brand-new luxury apartment complex that is still being completed and moved into by residents (we are the first ones to move in) so please expect to see and hear construction crews, new residents moving in, random fire alarm tests by the fire marshall, and various vendors roaming around the building and doing various work. The area around our apartment is completed but we do want to caveat how new this building is. All amenities shown in the listing photos are available for guests to use. Amenities not shown in photos are not yet open to guests and residents.

The Neighborhood:
Once a buzzing shopping destination, the Highland Mall area in Austin has been revitalized into a dynamic hub of entertainment, education, and eateries. Now home to Austin Community College's Highland Campus, the region boasts a blend of academic vigor and leisurely pursuits. Surrounding streets are lined with a smorgasbord of dining delights, from spicy Tex-Mex and succulent barbecue spots to charming food trucks offering world cuisines. With the Brewtorium Brewery and the newest Austin "Chinatown" within walking distance, this area is never short of fun things to do and experience. The sprawling green spaces beckon for a picnic or a casual afternoon stroll. What's more, with the Highland MetroRail station just footsteps away, getting in and out of the area is a cinch, making it an epicenter of convenience and culture in the heart of Austin.

Getting Around:
We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin’s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

★ Other Things to Note ★

- Garage parking is only in non-reserved spots
- We would love to welcome guests who book our apartment the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
- The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.
- For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $60/clean. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service.
- Guests must register all cars in the parking portal provided in order to park onsite and in the garage. The parking registration must be renewed every 24-hours for every car. All guest vehicles must be parked on the 6th floor visitor parking. Failure to adhere to these registration rules and standard parking policies will result in guests' cars being towed at the guests' expense.

** Please note that this property is a non-smoking community, which means that smoking in prohibited anywhere that's on the property, including outside on the private balcony. If you wish to smoke, you must exit the entire apartment complex and smoke outside of the property lines. The neighbors do not like smoke smells at all and are quick to report to the building management anyone who violates this policy. Please note that violations of this policy will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal from the property.
The building that our apartment is in is off the main street. Parking will be in the underground garage below the building. More information on accessing the apartment will be provided before check-in day.

Awkward unit/awkward auto accomodations/awkward check in
First of all the fees added to the daily rate were very high-vrbo fee - cleaning fee security deposit etc. Then to checkin-one had to enterthrough theparking lot pedestrian entrance with a code, then we had to find a lock box on the second floor no where near anything of note- the lock box was on the floor of the parking deck right in the middle of the paking area.Then enter the code to get a key fob- then go to our apartment and yes enter yet another different code to enter your unit.After a long day of travel with lots of baggage- this check in procedure is a big ask. Then after the check in you need to access some website and go thriugh some process to be allowed to park your car- which you have to park in a certain area which is as far as possible from the unit.And by the way you have to do this (register the car) everyday. I must say the unit was immaculately clean but it was tiny. Then we got an email saying we couldn't have guests over-unless we registered them in advance.
