The property was more than enough for our family with plenty of beds and space for relaxing. We loved the touch of having access to the hot tub and grill outside. The rental process went smoothly.

Cute house with tons of parking

The house was so cute and stocked with a lot of amenities. Lexi was great on communicating and answering any question. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little house in Manila close to town and not far from the lake. The house was clean and had lots of beds for a large family.

Host was fantastic in communication and working with our very large group. Quick replies when we had a question during our stay. One surprise was the immediate full payment upon reservation. I usually only have half of it charged and a second payment later. It was easy to find - even though Google takes us to a dumpster just down the hill. It is about a mile of dirt road - but it is a smooth drive. 10 minutes to downtown, marina and 20 minutes from the north beach. It is a great place with tons of beds and great spaces! All beds were comfortable and clean. Modern decor. The two giant dining tables were fabulous for our group of 40. The pickleball court was great for group gatherings. We may have used the fire pit if it had a little larger area. But, it was warm enough in July, we didn't miss it. Plenty of parking for all of our vehicles. Checkout was a breeze! I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you have a large group!

Flaming Gorge Gem

This place was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. Very clean. Tons of room. Hot tub which was a hit for all the guest. Walking distance to the store. Lots of shade. Everything you would want for your vacation. Totally recommend staying here.

Home was large enough for everyone including 7 adults and two children. It was well stocked with utensils for cooking and towels for the hot tub. Everything worked and the only complaint heard was that there was no vacum cleaner
