Minutes away from Simba Run, you'll be in Vail Village where numerous eateries, convenience stores, and parks await. During the cooler months, be sure to don your skis for thrilling rides down the slopes at Vail Ski Resort. Sunny months can be spent exploring the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, the Vail Golf Club, and the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater.
After a day filled with brand-new memories, head inside the wilderness-themed interior of your stay. With an open-concept layout and continued views, all of life's little luxuries are met. Gather for family game nights on the cozy seating in the living room. Whip up home-cooked meals amongst the kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and dine as a family around the large wooden dining table.
The condo's bedrooms are equally comfortable, and the private washer/dryer ensures your adventure gear is always clean. As night falls over the mountains, gather around the wood-burning fireplace, a cup of cocoa in hand, and your favorite people by your side.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests pay a $26 resort fee at check-in to the front desk directly to access resort amenities. This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We enjoyed staying here for 10 days with our family. It was an easy walk or shuttle to Lionshead and Vail Village. The apartment could definitely use an update, but it is well stocked.

Filthy Hole in the Wall
All carpets are disgusting with stains additionally pet urine in primary bedroom.Pillows on couches have years of discoloring stains.Sitting on the couch means sinking to the bottom of the frame.Literal holes in wall in primary bedroom.Windows facing the mountains appear they have never been cleaned.Balcony sliding door frame full of dead insects.Vacasa management never called back as they stated when moving hallway toilet and leak at base reported.Vacasa has very poor management with automated text.Reported twice a very loud squealing fan that finally got disconnected.We've stayed at Simba Run for years and have never been disappointed until now.Informed Simba Run staff of the condition of this Vacasa managed unit.Unbelievably disgusting. "Rustic" would be an upgrade.This property should not be allowed to be rented in it's current condition.
