Bull Shoals contains walleye, crappie, white, striped and small mouth bass, and many other species of fish. Lake Taneycomo holds world-class and record-sized trout. All 3 lakes are great for fishing, boating, kayaking, water sports, and much more.

Busiek State Forest and Wildlife Area and Hercules Glades Wilderness are just a short drive away for hiking and creek exploring. There is a walking and bicycle trail running from Bull Shoals boat access at Shadowrock Park to Lake Taneycomo access at Empire Park/Powersite Dam. Both parks also contain playgrounds, picnic tables, shelters/restrooms, and fishing areas.

This home features 2 bedrooms, one bonus room, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen, and large laundry room. Both the master and guest bedrooms have sliding glass patio doors that lead to the deck.

Both bathrooms contain walk in showers, and the hall bath features a double vanity. Towels, linens, and blankets are provided. Extras are labeled and located in the laundry room.

The kitchen contains basic cookware as well as a small crockpot and baking dishes.

We have a small backyard off the deck, and it is not steep like the picture suggests. It is a slight slope leading to the tree line which backs up to woods owned by the Corps of Engineers.

We are located in a rural area surrounded by woods and approximately 100 yards from Swan Creek. Therefore, you may encounter insects, snakes and other wildlife. We treat our home monthly and have sticky traps throughout the home. Please be aware of this when booking our property.

Please note that you may be asked to sign a short-term rental contract upon booking at owner's discretion. There is a 7 night maximum booking stay period.
