Inside, the large great room and double sliding glass doors open all the way to the outside. The great room has a new comfortable down sectional couch, large tv, bar and a live edge table to make this a luxurious and comfortable stay. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large pantry- and everything you need to enjoy cooking. We are within walking distance of one of four pools, pickleball courts, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurant and activity/art center. Within the community, enjoy 3 golf courses, 2 restaurants, tennis courts, and constant activities; you will never be bored. This is a 55+ community, (they sometimes let people 40 and over with request) and the pass to use the amenities is for two guests only, with a processing payment of 25.00. Another two guests can come for two weeks at a time, (with a 2 day break in between) and buy their own passes.
