Your Palm Springs Getaway!

You will love this fun 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor unit located in phase 2 of Mesquite Country Club. This well manicured security gated complex features 3 heated pools and spas, tennis and pickleball courts and is close to biking and hiking trails and adjacent to a nature preserve. Walking distance to shopping at Ralphs, CVS, Walgreens and Starbucks among others. Plenty of golf nearby and only 2 miles to downtown Palm Springs with world class dining and nightlife. Or try your luck at Augua Caliente Casino. Enjoy the incredible mountain views or become part of the view and take a ride up Mount San Jacinto on the world famous Palm Springs Tramway.

This unit was completely remodeled in 2020. You will love the kitchen with it's quartz counter tops and double deep stainless steel sinks as well as the built in microwave oven. Not to mention the space saving 2 way coffee maker. Have a K cup or brew an entire pot. You'll find everything you need to make your favorite dishes and snacks.

The master suite includes a wall mounted 50 inch TV, large double closet and double vanity and gorgeous walk in shower. The sliding glass door opens to the private back patio and laundry closet that features a full size washer and separate dryer. There is also a barbecue as well as glass top patio table with four chairs. Feels very private as if you are in your own backyard.

The guest bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to it's own private patio. It features a double closet and is adjacent to the second bathroom.

The Tommy Bahama glass top table adjacent to the kitchen is a wonderful centerpiece and a great place to have meals and conversations.

Plenty of places to sit in the living room and socialize or enjoy watching the 65 inch wall mounted Smart TV.

It is a fun and comfortable home. You will enjoy your stay! Ask about discounts for extended stays!

Wonderful condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for our family trip. Very well kept, updated, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Pools were all nice, very close, and wonderfully heated. Communication & notes about the condo were terrific; we'd definitely stay here again. Dan & Jorge were wonderful, no complaints whatsoever about our stay.

Perfect desert stay

This property was perfect for our four person group. Everything was comfortable and convenient. The pools and hot tubs were fine. The walking trails nearby are perfect. The kitchen was fairly well furnished. The host was responsive and helpful. was I would come again.

Amazing Palm Springs Condo

I had an excellent stay at Dan's condo. I was there for a month and felt at home! Dan was easy to communicate with and provided a seamless check-in. The condo was comfortable and in a good location. Downtown is minutes away, and the property boarders a nature preserve with great walking. We loved the pool and the private porches. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Dan left us some coffee and snacks, which was a great touch. Everything was perfect!

Amazing

What an amazing Condo!!! Stayed for a Week Girls Trip, steps from the pool, very clean and wonderfully stocked. They had everything we could have asked for. Perfect location to all things Palm Springs and surrounding area. Owner & Property Manager were available for the few questions we had. Only thing I would change, a King Size bed in one of the rooms would make the stay a bit more comfortable when having to share the space. I hope to return in the future and stay again.

Great winter getaway

Dan was a fantastic host. He accommodated us by meeting us early to allow for early check in. The lines of communication were always open and Dan ensured that our stay was first class. He provided us with everything that we needed to know by leaving us with a personalized note to welcome us. The home was everything that we expected and was close to shops and restaurants in the Palm Springs area as well as major highways to allow us quick access to neighbouring cities. We hope to return sometime soon.

Perfect location

Perfect condo, fresh clean and lots of Reno’s the place has everything you need and the host is fantastic and you cannot find a better location! We will be back!
