Enjoy the comfort of our newly renovated, 3BR/2bath private getaway with a spacious private yard, Jacuzzi, Fire pit, and fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room!

Unbeatable location with seamless freeway access and minutes away from bars, restaurants, shops, and the vibrant SDSU campus. SD airport and downtown attractions are 15-20 mins away.

Perfect for a large family + big group of friends + staycation work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything San Diego has to offer.

Our San Diego getaway, the "Baja House" provides all the pleasures, perks, and pampering of a hotel but in a fully-furnished beautiful private residence.
Nestled at the top of a cul-de-sac, sharing its borders with a picturesque hillside, showcasing architect William Krisel's renowned midcentury modern design.

You’ll have plenty of space for sprawling out and enjoying the fresh air in privacy. Our instaworthy backyard includes a smores-friendly fire pit, plush jacuzzi, large artificial turf area, comfortable patio furniture, and an eco-friendly garden.

Inside, you'll find cozy interiors with state-of-the-art appliances, offering a California modern living space including a 70” 4k TV with all the streaming app essentials, powerful WIFI, games for adults and kids, and plenty of books to enjoy.

The Rooms:
✼ Master: Unwind in our lux and lavish master bedroom with a comfy king-size bed and your own ensuite bathroom. An additional dedicated workspace within the Master makes it easy to quietly get some alone time to work.

✼ Queen: Get some R&R in the Queen bedroom with a brand-new Zinus Mattress, Egyptian Cotton sheets, a giant mirror, a private window view, and tons of room to unpack your bags and feel at home.

✼ 2 Fulls: Enjoy each other in our double full room with playful artwork, an open closet for clothes with additional toys and games. Perfect for 2 couples, all the kids, or the guest who loves a bright and inspiring space.

✼ Additional Beds: Sleep two more on the brand-new sofa, or pull out our queen air mattress to create a mega bed!

With two full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before hitting the streets to enjoy the memorable city of San Diego. We forgot to mention~ AC/Heat controlled by smart home technology allows for customized comfortability

Great place to stay! Very thoughtful touches like the folder with the restaurant recommendations and free ear plugs (although we didn't need them). Our kids enjoyed the jigsaw puzzle.

This home is clean, updated, and well-appointed. A very nice, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for a family visit during the holidays. (You’d never guess how close it is to a busy college campus!) The hosts were responsive and helpful as I was planning the visit, the check-in and -out was easy, and they provided a lot of helpful information for their guests. Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our time here! Harrison was so nice and responsive to anything we needed. Our kids loved playing outside with all the toys, and we enjoyed the hot tub as well - very relaxing after a long day. Everything was very neat, clean and welcoming. The house was very kid friendly with a highchair, pack and play travel crib and kids utensils/plates which we really appreciated. We would love to come stay again in the future!!

Our stay here was great. The place is lovely and worked very well for the 6 of us. The private fenced yard gave the kids a wonderful place to run around and burn off some excess energy. The beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook a healthy breakfast and dinner easily. We would be very happy to stay here again next year.

The place was not very clean, the bathrooms had hair in the floor. It smelled odd maybe because it was old. I’m glad I ended up only bringing one child because the place was super small! I felt like it was way overpriced for what it was.

Cleanliness is very important to us, and the home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay. We were not notified of any issues during the visit and would have addressed them immediately. The home’s size, layout, and pricing are clearly outlined in the listing so guests can make an informed decision prior to booking.

Appealing, quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly what we needed for our stay! We appreciated the little touches to engage the youngsters, from books to climbing cushions and an assortment of family entertainment. The hot tub was perfect after an exhausting day at the zoo and the bathroom toiletries are much appreciated. The house is located in a good area only about 20 minutes from the zoo and airport, and maybe 5 minutes from the store. We stayed from a Thursday to Sunday and the neighborhood was quiet despite it being located in a college area.
