Great place for a quick getaway

Great place to stay in Franklin. Super close to stores & restaurants but also quiet and tucked away from hustle & bustle. I will definitely stay here again. Hostess was fabulous!!!!!!

This is a quiet and comfortable stay. The views are nice and has a nice outdoor area. You feel like you are away from the city but yet close to so many things. We recommend this stay and hope to stay again the future.

Very much enjoyed our stay.The only setbacks are no blow dryer and the footsteps overhead.if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring some earplugs.Perfect and very safe location.

Location, easy to find.I assumed the pool was heated, it wasn’t. Overall it was a very nice place and I would stay again. I will mention there was foot noise overhead.

Red Suite

Accurate description of property. We came to visit family nearby, so we didn’t have an opportunity to take full advantage of all this cute little place had to offer, but we look forward to hopefully coming back. Jill was a great communicator and available for whatever we needed. Wonderful!

Immaculate and special

My wife and I visited Franklin and this suite was a true escape to a quiet and beautiful setting after a day of experiencing the local fare and history. Jill welcomed us and made us feel special and appreciated. Pool is spectacular and suite is 100% as advertised: cozy and clean; we felt like we were the first guests to ever stay in this like new accommodation.

Clean and well appointed

This little space had everything we needed. Single pod coffee maker, coffee pods, toaster, microwave, plenty of towels, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. It is minimalistic and not cluttered with non-functional items. Think IKEA! It was too cold for the pool (mid April), however I was able to enjoy the outdoor space. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View and Close to Downtown

I enjoyed staying the weekend for a quick getaway. The pool and view are very calming, you can also be in shaded areas outside and play some cards. Host provides pool towels, which we really appreciated. There 8s also shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower Location is close to Walgreens/Kroger/Dollar General if you need any essentials. Downtown Franklin is a 15 minute car ride away. Our favorite meal was at The Coffee House...get the crepes, esp. the cinnamon and sugar!
