The chalet was as listed. The size of the chalet more than met our needs, which made our visit very comfortable. It was walking distance to the village and all that was offered there. The decor was a little dated. The unit could have used some updates but otherwise it was a perfect unit for a great classmates reunion.

We really enjoyed our stay — it was exactly what we needed in an excellent location. The hosts were kind and made it clear they were available if we needed anything. The space was pretty clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we required. The reason for the 4-star rating is that the property is older and had a few minor issues, such as a slightly rickety deck and a BBQ and hot tub that could have been cleaner. Overall, we loved our time here and would happily recommend this place to others.

Hot tub was fine. Overall this property requires maintenance - ie Front entry which is your first impression requires a coat of paint on front door and trim work. Side lights full of cob webs & spiders. Cleaner windows overall, one closet door in a bedroom falling off the hinges, screen door in bedroom leading to hot tub needs repair. Ants in kitchen (end of counter at floor edge - kept finding them climbing up to counter top.Small details like a small end table beside beds would be a big plus. These are all minor issues that wouldn't cost much but would benefit overall satisfaction

The chalet served its purpose for our large family, however, its an older home and immediate improvements are required by the owner(s).The first, which is very basic but a must have is installing hooks in the washrooms and bedrooms for towels and clothing. There are no hooks/ towel racks in most of the bathrooms and almost all of the bedrooms. We had to lay our towels on the back of couches and chairs to dry. The second is that almost every single register on the floor was very damaged (bent in 100 different places, rusty, not fitting into the hole in the floor and as a result sticking out a lot). This was a huge hazard for us, especially our small children. I had to walk around the house and switch some of them so that the really dangerous ones were not in the open space asking to be tripped over or a child’s foot to fall into the holes in the floor. The third is that the support in the middle of the couches upstairs are all broken, so when you sit on them everyone slides towards the middle.Lastly, the house is incredibly minimal and could use a bit more furnishing to make it more livable/ practical, like night stands in the bedrooms so that you can have your water, phone, etc., next to you while you sleep. Most of the rooms just had a bed or two with literally nothing else. The positive aspects were the location being right by the village, the size of the space can easily accommodate large groups, check-in was easy, and we had good contact with hosts.

Awesome Get Away

Hi! This property was amazing, so spacious and very clean! It's very close to Blue Mountain. We had an awesome time in the hot tub and the upper level was our favourite. The home had everything you needed and more. Was the first time we booked through VRBO as we normally use another company but had an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend this home for larger groups.

Fantastic weekend stay!

I booked this chalet to celebrate me and my friends birthday weekend and we could not be more happy with the stay! The chalet was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos, it was very spacious and more than enough room for the 18 people that stayed there. The location is so close to the village and is just in such a prime location if you are planning to do any winter sports on the hills. The hosts were very fast with their replies and checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was going well. I would 100% recommend this chalet and will definitely be booking it again in the future. Thank you so much for the unforgettable weekend! :)

Prerfect guys getaway location

This place was absolutely perfect for us. 7 guys getting together and returning to Blue after 5 years away. 50th birthday year for me, and a 49th while we were there.  Couldnt be happier with every aspect of this stay.  Place was spotless, bright where it should be and dark curtains allowed for sleep-in time for a few.  Kitchen has everything you need, linens were clean and fresh. Hot tub was 102 degrees. PS4 downstairs, and parking for 6. Towels were set up for our arrival and the key-code entry made for the easiest check in and out ever.  I had numerous conversations with the Host and they absolutely went above and beyond to answer promptly to any questions I had.  The information sent just ahead of arrival (wifi, door codes etc)and even the night before checkout took away any concerns or questions about what was needed to complete it.  If we get interest from the guys to do this again next year, this is the place we would book again!

Girls weekend sept 2024

This house was perfect for our group of 11 ladies ! All bedding was so clean as well as the house !! Open concept with big kitchen table for us all to sit around dine and catch up !! All the amenities were more than most places you would rent for the weekend. Dish cloths soap coffee salt and pepper dishes and glasses you needed were all there. Honestly nothing missing much really. Paper towels. Towels you name it they thought of it !! Communication was amazing Jason was always available to answer any questions we had which we weren’t too many but he was on it. We truly enjoyed our stay hope next time we come there weather is awesome, but even for a rainy weekend we had a great time. Lisa and the girls We will be back for sure
