Great stay at this newly remodelled home. We were about 15 minutes from downtown EVL and about the same from Holiday Valley. Quiet surroundings and an accommodating stay. Anthony was a great host and answered any questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is beautifully maintained and situated in an excellent location. Everything was clean and well-appointed. One helpful tip for future guests: if you plan to use the wood-burning stove, be sure to bring your own firewood as it is not provided.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you. Providing firewood is a labor of love. I cut the trees down, chunk the wood, split and then stack it. It’s a lot of work for people to use and then not pay -despite guests agreeing to, It’s happened too frequently. So unfortunately I was reluctant but forced to make that decision. I’m sorry if you were expecting some. Enjoy the remainder of your skiing season!

Anthony was very accommodating the entirety of our trip. This house is much bigger than the pictures give it credit. The house is fully stocked and there are many details throughout the house that you don't see at other rental homes. The house was very clean upon our arrival and it was a perfect spot (15 minutes) away from Holiday Valley. No need to keep scrolling for another home, this is the one!

Great location for skiing!

We enjoyed staying here as a family to get the most out of our ski passes at Holiday Valley. The kids enjoyed all the games and outdoor fun.

This is a great place to stay with your family, it is about an 18 minute drive to Holiday Valley, well worth the commute. We will definitely stay here again if they will have us.

Summer Weekend Getaway

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. We loved the frog pond, fire pit, and view. It was the perfect weekend getaway. Tony made the check in/out process so easy and effortless, he was a great host! We definitely plan on staying here again!

Wonderful stay!

Tony is an amazing host and very responsive. He had thought of everything to make our stay so peaceful and convenient. The house was decorated for the holidays which made it so festive to spend New Year’s Eve there. Great location!

Cozy cabin like feel

Cute house for a weekend on the slopes! They provide it all from shampoo, conditioner, body wash to foil, coffee, and coffee filters. Too bad the house wasnt closer to the slopes but 15 minutes wasnt awful for the price, very reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and so will you!

A long way from home

This was the most delightful and peaceful accommodation. Unfortunately, my husband, daughter, and I weren’t there long enough to fully enjoy our time.

Ski/snowboard weekend

We came up for a ski/snowboard weekend. We were less than 20 minutes from Holiday Valley and 30 minutes from Seneca Casino.The house was so clean and Tony was great at checking in to make sure our stay was going well. We would definitely stay here in the future. Thank you!

Great stay

Really appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the conveniences that were left all in the house, it had a little bit of everything. I also appreciated that during a heavy snow the driveway was plowed twice and sanded, and I had no problems with traction for my car getting in and out and that saved the ski weekend. So thank you so much for clearing all of that snow.

Great weekend getaway spot

Perfect place for family of 4. Super comfy beds in all rooms. The holiday decorations for the new year were such an appreciated touch. We were very impressed overall with our stay. 10 minutes away from holiday valley tubing. Great spot if you want to be close to Ellicottville but want the privacy that condos in the village won't aford. We stayed inside for the most part but the property looked lovely and I'm sure would be nice to have a fire etc.
