The space
500m2 property with beautiful patios, gardens and numerous internal spaces.

BEDROOMS. Three very spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The main bedroom has a comfy King bed and a living room with a fireplace. The other two bedrooms feature Queen beds.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped: stove, refrigerator and microwave, coffee maker, plus everything you need to cook and serve food.

DINING ROOM: It has a main dining room for 10 people and a breakfast room for 6 people. The outdoor patio has a table for 4 people and the inner courtyard has a very comfortable table for four people in a space surrounded by Narcisos and Moises cribs. The four of us are very nice!

LIVING room: The living room has two comfortable leather sofas and a 65 "Smart TV. Some board games are available for use by visitors.

ROOFTOP: The upper part of the house offers beautiful mountain views. This area is accessible through the stairs in the back of the property. In the service room you can find a table with two outdoor chairs that serve to enjoy this area.

ACCESSIBILITY: The access doors are wide and the main entrance has access ramps to the interior of the property. One of the rooms is fully accessible (there are no steps from the property entrance) and access to the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a single step.

LOCATION: The house is located on a quiet street in a subdivision with excellent security located 4.8km from the central square of San Cristóbal. Easily accessible with your own vehicle or taxi service; there are some public transportation options.

INTERNET: The property has a three-unit mesh Deco system for the best coverage and speed in all areas.

PARKING: No parking problems. Several vehicles can be parked in the street with confidence.
Guest access
The entire property is at the disposal of visitors except for a winery at the back of the house and some closets inside the property intended for personal belongings.
Other things to note
The property has two security cameras placed in the interior courtyards of the property. Neither of these two cameras points at private areas inside of the property.

A camera is located in the garage pointing to the access outside corridor. The second camera is in the back pointing towards the service areas.
