Our beautiful penthouse is located in the exclusive complex of La Arboleda in Cap Cana.
The second floor is spacious and has a private rooftop with gas BBQ and with a private cool water jacuzzi.

The first floor has a spacious living room, balcony and dining room with 8 chairs, fully equipped kitchen. You will also find 3/4 bedrooms with private full bathroom.

4th bedroom is available with private bathroom, air conditioning and TV for 1 person. US$30.00 per night.

Inside you will have access to two private beaches: Juanillo and Api beach
Api beach is located in the South Marina, in The same area there is a free parking lot which you can use and walk to the beach, or take a walk through the Marina which is also beautiful (I particularly love walking the Marina at night)
In the South Marina there is also the Blue Lake, it is a lake that you should not miss, in addition to having a super good time.
In the northern part of the Marina there are many restaurants (that part is only for restaurants, bars and night clubs and casino)
Our complex has a swimming pool which you can use, it is located a few steps away.

Inside CapCana we have Scape Park, a water park that you can visit with an entrance fee

Inside CapCana we have the stables, where they can go to visit and if they wish, the little ones in the house can have a horse ride. In the stables there are restaurants too.
