Convenient and roomy!

Convenient for those who want to wake up and hit the trails right from home. Also very conveniently located to restaurants and bars. Neighbors are ‘interesting’ but it won’t stop us from booking again for October.

Great Stay!

Stayed here with my family for a long weekend. We had a great stay. The house was clean and a nice size for our group.

Property was dirty, flies buzzing around and smelled awful inside Garbage was left sitting in the garage and whoever attempted to clean didn't do wellDishes and utensils had to be washedDeck was a nightmare for splinters and agingGrill had weeds growing out of itBackyard had dog feces in itBees nest on the outside of the garageWrappers to granola bars left under the bed I sent about 6 emails asking questions and 1 response and wouldn't answer phone callsWhile the neighborhood was perfect and exactly where we needed to be I will never stay at this location again0 out of 10 don't recommend

Lint on the side that you can view while using the toilet

Windows have not been cleaned in some time

It was just ok. Lots of Mold!!

Communication from the manager was very slow—sometimes taking several days or not responding at all. The bathroom appeared to have black mold around the windows and on the walls. The bathroom fan made a terrible noise, and the sink caulk was moldy, which was unpleasant to look at while brushing your teeth.The fees also seemed excessive. Although the listing says it accommodates 12 people, we were charged extra for guests listed after the first one.

The property was just as shown on the pictures. It's easy to find, all appliances looked new and it was super clean. There were plenty of nice towels and sheets as well as everything you could need in the kitchen. The mattresses looked new too and were very comfortable. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood, too. The host was quick to answer any questions that I had. We had a great stay!

Beautiful house cute little neighborhood

We came up from Massachusetts for a few days to go ATVing as soon as we got there our little ones made friends with the neighborhood kids and while my boyfriend was unloading the trailer the guy across the street yelled over and asked if we were from bridgewater because it said bridgewater MA on the side of our van come to find out that guys wife went to school with my boyfriend 20years ago such a small world

This home presented well on the website and actually filled our needs adequately, but the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness needs to be addressed.For instance: half the vertical slats in the living room shade were missing; the bathroom fan emitted a screeching noise and was non-functional; the bathtub backed up so showers were taken in ankle-deep water; baseboard heating in the bathroom covered in a thick layer of dust; flip top on kitchen garbage can was covered in a sticky residue; used q tips in master bedroom garbage can; unguarded electrical receptacle at mattress level in kids bedroom; bed blocking access to main electrical panel (NEC code violation). Worst of all from a cleanliness standpoint was the sand in the sheets of a made-up bed. Was that bedding washed? I'll guess no. Also,the key into the house was missing from the lockbox. After texting the contact and in the midst of placing a call to VRBO the key was located hanging on a nail near the exterior garage door. That was not mentioned in the check-in instructions so we spent a frantic 20 minutes scouring the garage. All in all this was a disappointing stay.
