Hi Ralph, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We take the safety and cleanliness of our home very seriously, and we were disappointed to hear about the condition of the driveway and grill when you arrived. This was a first for us and certainly not consistent with the experience we strive to provide. Our property manager inspects the home before each stay, so these conditions did not meet our standards. We’ve shared your feedback with our team and are addressing the areas you identified. The deck had recently undergone repairs and a safety review, but given your experience, we’re having the areas you mentioned inspected again, along with the grill, propane connection, and basement door. The home sits at the base of Mt. Sequoyah, where settling and seasonal movement can affect door alignment, but we agree everything still needs to function properly, and we'll make sure it does. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and are sorry they detracted from your stay. We’re glad you found the interior clean and well stocked and enjoyed the location and arcade game. We want every guest to arrive to a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home, and we take feedback like this seriously.
