The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and thereâs plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the furnished balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.
Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Surveillance Camera - Yes. There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There may be a camera on the front porch of the unit, but never inside the home.
Ski shuttle details: Check for availability with the Ski Resorts. Lakeland Village does not provide transportation.
Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
