Seemingly set up on top of the world, this luxury home boasts spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the broad Pacolet River Valley. A true retreat in every sense, this is a place for stunning sunrises on the deck, afternoons spent hiking and waterfall-chasing, and evenings soaking in the hot tub beneath a sky full of stars.

This completely renovated, two-story home sits on a mountainside overlooking the valley, with 15 acres of land that adjoins vast and serene conservation space. It's quiet and scenic yet close to everything, including historic downtown Saluda and Hendersonville. Find hiking trails and waterfalls in every direction, family-friendly tubing and kayaking on the Green River, and unforgettable thrills at the Gorge Zipline, four miles away.

The setting here is exceptional, whether you're beginning the day on the flagstone meditation plateau or ending the evening with s'mores and stories around the firepit. There's an outdoor space for every occasion - a screened veranda for your morning coffee, a dining deck and a gas grill for lunchtime barbecues, and an expansive sundeck for taking in the panoramic view from cushioned lounge chairs.

Inside the house, floor-to-ceiling windows bring the same breathtaking view into almost every room. The main floor is an open, natural gathering space, offering multiple seating vignettes that overlook the mountains. At its heart is a chef's kitchen with professional-grade appliances, including double ovens and a gas range, a farm sink, and a spacious prep island.

For your evening entertainment, gather by the gas fireplace in the living room to stream movies via an Amazon Fire TV Stick, or head downstairs to the rec room to find a Ping-Pong/pool table, a wet bar, a TV, and a movie projector with Roku. Three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and one has a custom bunk room with an arcade console and an adjoining yoga space. Other notable features of the house include a laundry room, central air-conditioning, and natural spring-fed water.

THINGS TO KNOW
-No parties or gatherings are permitted. At no time can the group exceed the maximum occupancy of the property (14 people).
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
