Upodated Duplex that sits on over 2 acres with 2 ponds, Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Comfort and Convenience! If you love vineyards and winery this is the spot within 10 minutes of 2 of the most popular wineries in the Poconos! Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery, 5 minutes from Sorrento Cherry Valley Vineyard, 10 min from RAW Urban Winery & Hard Cidery & a few more. For those who like to hike and love nature, we are about a 8 minute drive from the Appalachian trail and 15 minute drive to Jacobsburg state park which also has mountain bike trails , walking trails and all terrain runs as well, you can also fish and have a picnic or just walk around enjoy nature just a Gorgeous state park. For some October through December fun we are just minutes from the famous Lake house hotel of Horror & Mazezilla , 15 minutes to Blue Mountain Ski resort.
This home is not in a secluded location, located in the town of Saylorsburg on a 2 way street, On the property we have 2 ponds and the property sits on 1.75+ acres. You can walk to a pizzeria and within 3 minute drive you can be at the The Lakeside restaurant sits on a lake with outdoor seating and live music great spot and so close ! We are minutes away from so many great things to do Saylorsburg Flea market largest outdoor flea market in the Poconos just minutes down the road open on weekends. What I love about this duplex is the location easy to find not buried in the back of the woods & you don't have to go where all the tourist flock to in the heart of the Poconos with all the crowds and still have an awesome time with less crowds. Here are some other things to do 20 min to camelback ski resort 20 minutes to the The Crossings Premium Outlets for some fun shopping and 25 minutes to Pocono Raceway.

This property is nicely maintained. It’s an older farmhouse type building with original wooden doors and latches, just charming. If you’re expecting something modern with floors and doors that don’t creek this place is not for you. But I love the cozy ambience that this home providedIt had everything we needed to be comfortable. The window air-conditioning units worked so well they actually made us a bit chilled until we figured them out. It’s set up in minimalist fashion so there’s not a lot of clutter but plenty of living room seating with a nice modular so that was comfortable. The bedrooms are nice with a king size bed in one and would appear to be a queen size bed, and the other and the mattresses were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The grounds are beautiful with a babbling Brook and a pond and lovely wildflowers, with plenty of open space. I would highly recommend it and would return.

Outside of this Vrbo in definite need of tlc, porch light was a bulb only, entrance very unattractive with poor landscaping making for a questionable start. Inside , unit was comfortable but worn. Clean , but carpet on stairs and landing stained and couch could use cleaning as well. Weather unusually warm and ac units and screens were not yet out in making sleeping upstairs especially uncomfortable. Manager informed when we met her on day two, but screens were not installed. On the others hand, this Vrbo is ideally located for the winery hopping that we had planned.

This was a great spot for the weekend! Road at Blue Mt. all weekend and this was a perfect spot to stay close by!

Duplex - clean and well maintained, very convenient location

The rental is a half of a duplex house with parking for two cars in front of the garage. The house is an older home that's very typical of the Saylorsburg area. The inside of the rental is very clean, well decorated, and furnished nicely. Everything you could want for an apartment was provided including cookware, plates, cups, utensils, towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, etc.WiFi quality was great.There is a pizza place directly next door, a gas station/ minimart within a quarter mile, and a dollar store within a mile. There are also the towns of Wind Gap, Brodheadsville, and Stroudsburg within a few miles.Dealing with the property managers was easy, pleasant, and very responsive. I was given a direct phone number to call them and text with any issues.I didn't get to take advantage of any of the outdoor features due to cold weather during my stay.The traffic on the road is noisy, since this is a major commuting thoroughfare for the area, and commuting traffic starts at about 4 am and ends at about 11pm.The only improvements I might want for this rental would be air purifiers for the upstairs and downstairs. I'm someone with sensitive allergies and the air was fairly musty for the entire stay. Also, the bathroom window could use more privacy covering, maybe similar to the pull-down shades on the windows downstairs.Overall, a great stay that I've already recommended to others looking for a rental in the area, and I plan to use again myself in the future.

Comfortable Stay

My family & I had the pleasure of staying at this cozy, clean, and comfortable (2bdr/1bth) unit. Communication with the host was good, & the location was within a short distance of area restaurants, ski resorts & water parks all made for the perfect family winter getaway! Would stay again. Family Ski Trip

Paul’s place was perfect for our family ski trip to Blue Mountain, location was perfect. Cute home and very clean. Close to Stroudsburg as well for restaurants and shops. Will stay again.
