This property is only 3 min drive to Main Beach in Cowes.
It is a spacious family friendly 4 bedroom home, that is suitable for 2-3 families with a self contained room which is part of the home and has its own kitchenette and ensuite, sleeping 4 in this room alone, ideal for a whole family.
Indoor Areas
With spacious open plan living, the main living area is upstairs with a split system air conditioner and includes the kitchen, dining and lounge with a 55" Smart TV and DVD player. There is a large dining table with seating for 10 and a further 3 bar stools at the kitchen bench. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with toaster, kettle, coffee machine, ample crockery, cutlery, salad bowls, platter plates and cooking utensils. There is an electric oven and induction cook top, a fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Downstairs as you enter the home has a 2nd lounge with a 55" TV and couch, perfect for taking some time out. This is gas ducted heating downstairs.
There are 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and hairdryer. The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board and clothes hanger.
Outdoor Areas
There are 2 decks upstairs, both of which are accessed by sliding doors off the lounge. The front having 2 chairs and table to enjoy the fresh air and the rear deck provides an outdoor setting, electric BBQ which is perfect for those summer BBQ's with an ocean view. From here you have the ability to watch kids play safely in the fully fenced grass back yard. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after the beach.
Bedroom 4 also has access to a small deck.
Off street parking for up to 4 vehicles, including a single car carport and access to the backyard through double gates.

This home has 10 beds, accommodating up to 13 guests. All beds will be premade with all linen provided including quilts and pillows and towels provided. Porta cot provided but you will need to bring your own linen for it.
