Perfect Location

This house was the perfect location for Memorial Day weekend. The beds were comfortable and the beach is just a short walk away. The balcony was the perfect place to relax in the evening. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the AC/thermostat our first night that challenged our overall comfortability, but Lauren was very communicative and was able to have maintenance come out the following day.

The proximity to the beach was great, you could even vaguely see the beach from the porch. The only concern I have, coming back, would be the lack of amenities. They do disclose that you will receive a limited amount of TP and paper towels, and they were not kidding! If the roll is not full you get what is left… no extra, so I highly suggest bringing your own paper products.

First off the house was clean and close to the beach. First night there my noticed it was warm in house. The next morning it was 82 degrees in house and had thermostat set at 73. Contacted the host and said he would let us know. We had to contact him 3 times just to get a answer. To his credit he said someone would be there in a hour. They showed up 20 minutes later and fixed the issue. Our last night there the A/C was acting up again. Had it set at 72 and it never got past 75. Hard to sleep in that condition. The doors were janky and the main door was hard to lock. We just locked in from the inside and went out the bedroom door. Overall place was ok. Communication could have been better but they are probably busy. If the A/C issue was corrected we would consider staying again there. Past reviews show they had an issue with the A/C. We thought from that past review it would have been fixed but it wasn't. If A/C working at night is a must for you check and make sure it is fixed or consider another house. Overall loved the location and the issue did get fixed but it acted up again.

Great location

The house was very close to the beach and spacious enough for the 7 of us and our small dog. It was very clean. They provided beach toys for the kiddos as well, which they enjoyed. The only thing I would suggest is providing hand towels for the kitchen. We couldn’t find any, so every time we washed our hands we were having to use paper towels. The property manager is also very easy to contact and responds very quickly with questions and things.

House was great. The beds in guest bedroom and the sofa bed could use an upgrade. There were not any sheets in the linen closet like mentioned for the sofa bed. The hand soap in bathrooms were empty or almost empty. The full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom to start off with was not accurate either. Small roll or 1/4 roll left in (2) and we had to get our own after first night arrival. No dishwasher tablet or a way to wash dishes so we used a washcloth from the bathroom to wash dishes. The only dish towel available, we had to use to put dishes on to dry then no other hand towels were available in the house. So we used a lot of paper towels to dry our hands after washing them. Only (1) trash bag in the can was left when it said they would have (3). So the two extra I brought we definitely used rather than a backup. Overall, the cabin is great for a beach stay! I’m sure the other things are what the cleaning crew is supposed to check and make sure is done prior before guest arrive.

It's a place to stay for a reasonable price. Don't think the host pays attention to the housekeeping and grounds keeper. Grass was beyond needing mowed
