Gilligan's Island- 1 minute walk to beach!

Gilligan's Island is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach home that sleeps up to 9 guests!

This home comes fully equipped with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, a wide array of kitchen appliances, a BBQ pit, a fish cleaning station, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, and beach toys. Each TV is equipped with Netflix, Hulu, local channels, and more. The beach is easily accessible via a short walk or drive with direct beach access. Gilligan's Island is pet-friendly with a $125 pet fee, making it an ideal choice for spending quality time with family or friends!

We provide our guests with a "starter pack" consisting of...
-1 paper towel roll
-3 trash bags
-1 dishwasher tab
-1 sponge
-3 toilet paper rolls (1 for each bathroom)

Beds are made upon your arrival. The house has dish soap, hand soap, and bath towels. Paper products are not included.

Don't forget beach towels and sunscreen!

This was our second year staying here and it has been one of the best houses.. We love the location of the property and the proximity to all the shopping and restaurants and of course the beach.. We will be making it a tradition to stay at this house..

The proximity to the beach was great, you could even vaguely see the beach from the porch. The only concern I have, coming back, would be the lack of amenities. They do disclose that you will receive a limited amount of TP and paper towels, and they were not kidding! If the roll is not full you get what is left
 no extra, so I highly suggest bringing your own paper products.

Perfect Location

This house was the perfect location for Memorial Day weekend. The beds were comfortable and the beach is just a short walk away. The balcony was the perfect place to relax in the evening. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the AC/thermostat our first night that challenged our overall comfortability, but Lauren was very communicative and was able to have maintenance come out the following day.

Family Beach Getaway

We loved it here! Perfect location for accessing the beach, stores, and restaurants. Communication with property manager was easy and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this home.. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy..The location to the beach and shops were fantastic.. We will be renting it again next yr.. It has been one of the best homes we’ve stayed in.. The check in and out process was easy as well as the reservation process.. I highly recommend this home..

Great location

The house was very close to the beach and spacious enough for the 7 of us and our small dog. It was very clean. They provided beach toys for the kiddos as well, which they enjoyed. The only thing I would suggest is providing hand towels for the kitchen. We couldn’t find any, so every time we washed our hands we were having to use paper towels. The property manager is also very easy to contact and responds very quickly with questions and things.

House was great. The beds in guest bedroom and the sofa bed could use an upgrade. There were not any sheets in the linen closet like mentioned for the sofa bed. The hand soap in bathrooms were empty or almost empty. The full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom to start off with was not accurate either. Small roll or 1/4 roll left in (2) and we had to get our own after first night arrival. No dishwasher tablet or a way to wash dishes so we used a washcloth from the bathroom to wash dishes. The only dish towel available, we had to use to put dishes on to dry then no other hand towels were available in the house. So we used a lot of paper towels to dry our hands after washing them. Only (1) trash bag in the can was left when it said they would have (3). So the two extra I brought we definitely used rather than a backup. Overall, the cabin is great for a beach stay! I’m sure the other things are what the cleaning crew is supposed to check and make sure is done prior before guest arrive.
