We really enjoyed this place. It was very comfortable, and clean. We really loved the game room, sauna, and hot tub!!! Also, the location was amazing. Everything was within a few minutes driving. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was great, check in easy. Cabin was as listed. Cute and comfortable. Game room was a bonus. Air hokey/pool table was great fun. We would stay here again.

The property didn’t look anything like the pictures in the ad. The house was filthy!! Huge cobwebs on the fireplace mantle, large stains everywhere on the carpet in the bedrooms that were impossible to ignore, and plenty of sticky surfaces. The spa that looked so clean and inviting in the ad was actually green and dirty. There were pine needles, leaves and dirt in the green water, and pine needles piled on the spa cover which made clear that it was not cleaned the day before as stated. We were told that the house had been properly cleaned and was ready for our arrival. There are many unsafe trip hazards with the uneven floor levels and the raised, framed flooring in the front door entry. Speaking of safety, there are NO safety grab bars in the showers, and nothing at all to grab if you need to catch your balance. This place is an accident waiting to happen, especially for those over 50. They need to label the light switches. They are not labeled logically and we never did find the light switch for the living room light. An incorrect WiFi password was printed on the fridge leading to frustration and a waste of time trying to watch TV. We were given 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel for each bathroom for a 3 night stay in a house that sleeps 8. Lastly, they advertise in MANY places that this house is pet friendly, but when we clicked that we had arrived a list of rules appeared that said ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED and if you bring one you will pay HEAVY fine.

Great location beautiful home just needs a little bit of a few amenities to make it perfect

The place was in a great location spacious and very well-kept a couple things we weren’t expecting and were hoping to use one we couldn’t get to the Jacuzzi because there was very slippery ice stuck to the deck also we weren’t able to use the gaming room because there was no heater there was no instructions in the house on how to use some of the things that you needed to know how to the place had no trash bags and no paper towels But overall all your needs for the kitchen were there besides salt and pepper there was only a bottle of vegetable oil We left a bracelet in the bedroom and it’s a bit difficult to retrieve it and besides those few unexpected experiences we were very happy with the house and it’s location we would definitely consider coming back

All Seasons == a pleasant stay

We appreciated that the cabin was near to the lake but didn't realize the neighbors would be so close. For someone who wants a secluded spot, this is not it. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the hot tub, mini-pool table, air hockey and Foosball. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable. The house was well laid out and very convenient for our family group of eight. The beds were very comfortable, but one of them was so tall that a footstool, or a leg up, was necessary to get an older relative up and in.. Surface cleaning was good, but there were cobwebs and dust in hard to reach corners. A deep cleaning is indicated. The house is pretty dark, especially when you close the curtains so the neighbors don't look in. It would help somewhat to use brighter lightbulbs. It sounds like we had a lot of issues, but overall we thought it was a great place!

The property looked like it did in the pictures but was very dirty and that diminished the experie

The home had all that it promised, however, the home was very dirty, with the hardwood floors and throw and area rugs being the worst. When we walked in the home the overpowering smoke and grease smell was a real turnoff, we quickly opened every window and found one upstairs window didn't have a screen. We checked the house over as the management company asked and found that the hot tub was not locked (it should have been), the pool table felt was torn, the microwave ext. light was not working. The kitchen sink still had food in the disposal side and the disposal sounded like something was in it. We did not use it the entire visit. Really gross...dental floss was left on one of the toilet seats. I used my own laundry detergent and washed the potholders and kitchen mats which were so sticky and debris rich, that I could not bring myself to use them, unless I cleaned them. I also wiped the sticky portions of the kitchen and adjacent laundry room floors down, with my personal towel from home. The home was cute in its theme and appointments and would have been so nice if it had just been clean and not stinky. There was enough plates, glasses and cutlery to make it through a couple meals without running the dishwasher. We had no problems with WIFI or TV use. We had a good time kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking and cycling. I would bring my family to Big Bear again, but would not rent this property given the experience we had with it. We have rented 5 VRBO properties prior to this one and we have always been very pleased.

We loved it! It was clean and spacious and the location was great. Love the side door entrance with the snowboard racks! We will rent it again next time!
