Room 36 - The Dolphin. This luxurious guest suite is located on the second floor of the Folliday Inn. Entry is from a semi-private deck affording low foot traffic. Furnished for up to 4 guests with two queen-sized beds. All of our deluxe guest rooms have beautifully outfitted private baths with a tub and shower. Take a dip at the largest pool on Folly Beach or spend some time in the surf with beach access only one block away. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, and free WIFI. Book today for lifelong beach memories! The updated soundproofing ensures a peaceful stay, allowing you to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.

Please note this unit comes with 1 parking pass. Room is strictly non-smoking. Pet friendly for 1 dog with $125 + tax fee. Must be 21 years old or older to rent. Occupancy cannot exceed 4 guests. No onsite laundry. Please contact us with any questions.

Nice quiet stay

Very enjoyable stay with a nice little pool to use very close to the beach for the event we went to only complaint I have is there was no hot water in the small little kitchen sink

We have stayed all up and down the beach. This was easy and simple. Great and easy to walk wherever with kids. LOVELY pool coming off the beach. Quiet and private. Enjoyed it thoroughly!

Our stay while visiting Folley Beach was overall great. The only problem we had with the room itself is the lack of water pressure. We also thought the ice room was great, until we weren’t provided with anything to actually keep the ice in. Lastly, which is not at all related to the room itself - our neighbors we shared a wall with had a dog that would bark anytime their owner left and would continue to bark for hours until they returned

My kids and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Dolphin Room. It was clean and just the right size. The mini fridge was a decent size for our left overs from our nights out. I brought a cooler of ice for our canned drinks and water which helped a lot. They supplied plenty of towels for showers and beach towels for the pool. The mattresses were comfortable. We went mid September so it wasn’t super hot out but I felt the A/C wasn’t quite cool enough. That’s the only thing I can even half way “complain” about. The pool isn’t heated so the water was a bit chilly for me but the kids had fun. The beach is a very short walk away. Sand is soft and the ocean water wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be. We really enjoyed all the tide pools under the pier. Some were deep enough for my daughter to be submerged! She had fun catching little fish and crabs. The restaurants were all delicious and had great friendly service. I rented a golf cart for a day while my car was in the shop. It was so fun to ride from one side of the island to the other. Bert’s Market is a MUST! They have absolutely EVERYTHING you want or need 24/7. We walked there early for breakfast and walked to the pier to watch the sunrise. The day we checked out we went to visit family in Charleston. My daughter remembered she left something in the room. I called Carolina One. They were able to find it and left it for me to swing by (after hours) and pick it up before heading back home which was above and beyond!
