Lovely getaway at The Farmstand with my husband, dog, and young child. Leslie and Emeline were lovely hosts and made us feel right at home. We loved the wood fired pizza nights and waffle breakfasts. Hope to be back soon!

We felt very welcome. The cabin was comfortable and had a lot of great vintage furnishings. The hot tub was wonderful. I hope to stay there again!

Amazing stay. The cottage was clean, Leslie is an amazing hostess. Pet friendly so next time I may have to bring my dog. Hot tub was so refreshing as well as the sauna. Enjoyed it so much my husband and I are planning on going back next year.

A really wonderful place to stay! The farm is so beautiful and quiet. Our host was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great as was the pizza. We felt really at home.

We had a lovely overnight stay. Enjoyed the hot tub, the thoughtfully designed cabin, scenic views, and Thirteenth Lake. Leslie is a fun and thoughtful host.

This place was great! We enjoyed walking the property and hot tubbing. The farmhouse was unique, but amazing! Leslie and team were friendly, we enjoyed chats over breakfast and pizza. Would definitely visit again.

Quaint. Clean. Light over the cooking surface would be beneficial. A broom would be helpful. Not trying to pull wifi from the main house with a router in the cottage would be better.

This was the perfect place to stay in the mountains in the winter. Very cozy and close to Gore Mountain. This is our second time staying at this property.

Charming, rustic cottage in beautiful setting

This charming small cottage is set on an idyllic farm in the Adirondacks. Near great hiking trails and a pristine lake for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. Loved everything about our stay.

I always try to find unique places to stay for my birthday and found this adorable hobby farm! The moment we arrived chickens and a sweet pup, Bella, greeted us! I am always super harsh on beds but these didn’t totally wreck our bodies, like most rentals cheap mattresses do. My kid loved the cute cubby-like bed and said they would look out the window to stare at the stars. The first night we needed firewood and messaged the host to see how I can purchase theirs and she was totally laid back saying I can grab some and we can catch up for payment at a later time. Then a field mouse appeared in the living room via a large hole on the side of the stairs. I messaged the host and by the next morning they dropped off some traps, like I inquired. Wildlife is expected so it didn’t bother me so much. My husband brought his motorcycle and enjoyed the freshly paved and windy fun roads for a couple of hours. We explored other towns and just enjoyed leaf peeping. On our last night we took advantage of the pizza night, which turned out to be delicious and an overall cool concept! We chatted with the host, who is super sweet. We strolled in the historical cemetery next door, acknowledging the many generations who’s lived in the area. If I wasn’t always looking for new and different places to experience this would be (and possibly in the future) be a repeat!! I’ll just note, I always bring a bunch of my own cookware due to a kid with celiac disease but you could get by with what they provide.

A Very Welcome Retreat

We had a great time. All the local attractions were excellent, and the management couldn't have been nicer. It was fun to watch the dogs, and we loved having them visit us. The other renters were great, too. I'm already looking forward to going back!

Perfect cabin, host and pizza!

The host at thos property is great. If you have a well behaved dog she has friendly doggies too. In summertime there is wood fired pizza - weather permitting - bring your own toppings. Enjoy the nature and activities in the surrounding region.

Adorable style of cottages and out buildings on this pretty hobby farm above the Hudson River gorge. Rustic but comfortable and quiet. The Japanese style hot tub in it's private out building was a perfect remedy for a long day of hiking.

Amazing property and experience! Peaceful, beautiful, and easy access to hiking. North Creek had a grocery store and cute shops. The Hobby Farm cabins (I stayed in two different ones.) were both lovely and had everything I needed. I'll be back soon!

The MOST amazing!

This was one of the best places we have stayed. So welcoming and peaceful. They have a garden with vegetables as well as a “Workshop” with homemade soaps and essential oils. The free-range doggies quickly became part of our family, and besties with our 4-legged family member!! No TV in the cabin, which I loved! (Although the collection of VHS’s they had were probably the best made movies ever, and if we had a rainy day, may have located one!)

Unique old home on campground

Small but cozy building from early 20th century with add on living room and bathroom. Some of the instructions didn't match the reality ( lights on ,no wifi pw needed) . No tv,wifi was spotty.propane ,electric and space heating provided and heavy comforters.15 minutes from gore mt 25 to town with stores and restaurants. Need 4wd in winter due to gravel roads.Good value . Was warned about dog who woke us up barking outside wimdow at 10pm. Looks like it would be fun in warm weather with Hot tub and pizza café.
