Welcome to your home away where you will discover a Shenandoah Valley mountain adventure just 2 hours from D.C. at Bryce Resorts! Enjoy diverse seasonal activities like skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in winter. Spring, summer, and fall bring golfing on an 18-hole PGA championship golf course, hiking, zip-lining, biking, swimming, and boating on Lake Laura. Local vineyards and breweries are a short drive away. Relax with partial mountain views in this warm retreat for friends and families.

Guest access
You have access to enjoy the entire property except for a locked bedroom in the basement, and also an independent storage closet under the stairs in the basement. The BBQ on the main deck is not available for use.

Other things to note

Roadways:
• We are in a mountain resort and the final 0.2mile approach to the property is on relatively steep gravel roads. Its recommended that you have a AWD for travel during winter.

Guests:
• Only our confirmed number of guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.
• Guests over 5 count are subject to additional fees.
• Parties or smoking are NOT permitted, per regulations.
• This is a three-level home with stairs. The home is not child-proof. Children must have adult supervision at all times when visiting any of our outdoor decks, porches, or grounds.

Pets:
• While we love pets, we are only able to cater to small and medium sized pets at this property. Please inquire further.

The Neighborhood:
• You are in a tranquil and safe neighborhood. We are committed to ensuring the peace and quietness of our lovely neighborhood is maintained. Hence, we request our guests to ensure NO OUTDOOR loud noises occur beyond 10PM.
• This is a wooded area with occasional visitors such as deer & bears.
• Please bring bug spray if sensitive to insects.
• Please do not leave patio doors open.
• Street parking is NOT allowed by the HOA.
• All trash MUST be bagged and disposed in the trashcan located behind the house. No loose trash is allowed.

Board games and books
• We have many games and books available for our lovely guests. Please enjoy them, create laughing memories and treat them with care for our future patrons.

Bedding and towels:
• Bed linens and towels will be provided for our guests. A starter kit with toilet paper, kitchen towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee, tea, and soaps will be provided as well.

Dishwasher:
• Please load all dirty dishes and utensils into the dishwasher prior to the end of your stay.

Security Cameras:
• Security cameras are located in the front porch, the side driveway, and the main deck of the house, for your security and safety. There are NO cameras inside the property.

Noise Monitors:
• We have 1 indoor and 1 outdoor noise monitor that will monitor noise during quiet hours. Please note that these do NOT record conversations but only monitor for noise.

Cleaning Fees:
• The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, snow removal, etc.). Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess (e.g. excessive dishes, pet damage, etc.)
