Our Oceanfront 4 Bedroom Condo combines our Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo and our Ocean View Efficiency. The unit contains a queen bed in the oceanfront master bedroom, two double beds in each of three additional bedrooms and one sleeper sofa in the separate living room area. This unit is approximately 1,802 square feet and sleeps 16 people. It has stunning views of the Atlantic via an oceanfront furnished balcony with direct access to the living room area and the master bedroom as well as a separate private balcony in the third bedroom. Great family vacation

The property communicated welland provided a quick fix when our AC went out. We were able to enjoy the entire week and the whole family was comfortable with tons of space!

Wonderful Condo

The property was as listed. Plenty of space and was very clean. The host is amazing and responds quickly to questions and needs. I will definitely book again.

It was wonderful. Steps away from beach. Kids enjoyed lazy river and pools in lobby. We will be back.

The location was good. We were just a walk away from the beach. The resort had pools and happy hour Monday - Friday 4-7 pm. I wasn’t pleased with the hotel service the second day. I asked for new towels and washcloths and it took several hours to receive. It was a disconnect in communication from morning team to evening team. They later left bags of sheets, wash cloths in the room.I am not sure if they expected me to make the beds but I found out that I have to request full service for the next day. The next day housekeeping did a good job. The front desk was nice.

When we first arrived, we had housekeeping, come up and steam clean the laminate flooring. There was something sticky left on floor in kitchen, & countertops were nasty. We later found an uncleaned broiler pan in oven. Couch in living area is light gray, & has stains all over it. We covered it w/clean sheet we found in the closet b/c we just really didn’t want to sit on it. Air conditioner was frozen up when we arrived. Didn’t notice until next day that temp was set on 67 but never got below 71. Once we alerted resort staff, they sent an outside company to fix air, which actually took a day & half as the ice had to melt before they could deep clean the unit.Other than those issues, we had a great stay. We had infants through teenagers and then us older grandmas. The facilities had something for everyone to enjoy. The balcony was quite large, there was plenty of room for everyone, there was a pool for any need. The Littles really enjoyed the lazy river. The teenagers enjoyed the tiki hut by the pool (which is only open during the weekend). The outdoor facilities are very beautiful and well kept. We were able to walk to a little ice cream shop right down the street and putt putt was only about two blocks walk. The resort staff were very responsive to all of our needs. After the shock of the first couple of days (cleanliness upon arrival and air conditioning issue), we enjoyed our stay.
