A large basement BNB apartment with three rooms , better than any hotel you will find for a great price . Very well kept and clean! It is a peaceful place to stay with family or friends during your Kentucky visit just 20 min. from Keeneland and downtown Lexington and less than 10 min. from Asbury University! The space
A bed and breakfast in our private basement apartment with its own private outdoor entrance In our home located in a beautiful neighborhood just 7 min from Asbury University, 20 min from Keeneland and about 30 min. from UK. It is a fully furnished with a beautiful new sectional couch in a large living room with a TV and a large bedroom with a beautiful king bed, full bed and twin bed . There is a full refrigerator, toaster , microwave and coffee pot . The third room is a media room with a large TV . There is also s ping pong table , piano and patio sitting area just outside basement entrance . A pack n play and air mattress is available upon request. for an extra charge an air mattress can be made available! . There is a full bathroom with a shower and tub decorated UK style ! This bed and breakfast basement apartment is private to the guest and not shared with the host . The only exception is the laundry room with a door is used by the host and will be used only as scheduled with BNB guest during their stay .
Guest access
You come in at the back of the house through the outdoor basement entrance. You have access to the large living room, large bedroom , full bathroom and media TV room. This is a private basement apartment with a door at the bottom of the interior basement stairs that keeps the upstairs and downstairs completely private and separate. You will not share the basement Bnb with anyone.

Please remember there is absolutely no alcohol allowed inside the home or on the property. No smoking or vaping are allowed anywhere on the property. Any violation of this will cause the guests to immediately be required to leave the property.
