The house was built in 1860 and is being updated for guests to enjoy and feel at home while spending time in Sandusky, the NUMBER ONE small coastal town in the USA! It’s walking distance to all of downtown, including the Jackson Street Pier where you can take the Jet Express to Put-in-Bay and Kelley’s Island! It’s also less than 3 miles away from one of America’s best theme parks, CEDAR POINT! 🎢🎣⛵️

Property is as pictured. Great host! I was a little worried when we turned onto the street because some of the other buildings were run down, but there were no issues. We walked to dinner from the house which was great.

Honeymoon Getaway

It was perfect for my husband and myself. You can see the lake from the apartment and it is in walking distance of downtown. It was easy to get in the building. It had everything we needed and decorated so cute. Kimberly is great at communicating in a timely manner. I would definitely stay there again.

The location to Jackson Pier and all the restraunts and establishments and to fishing charters and Cedar Point was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The yard was well kept. Everything inside worked great. I had a great vacation and great experience. Thanks Kimberly!

Amazing place

The apartment was extremely clean!! Everything about it was perfect!! Loved the little extras… snacks, pop, water, etc. Kimberly was so easy to work with. Great location, walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend!! We will stay here again!!

Perfect!

My adult daughter and I stayed for 2 nights before we both go back to school. On the first day, we walked into Sandusky and had dinner and drinks on the water. The second day, we walked to the jet express and spent the day at put-in-bay. Aside from the excellent location, the apartment was very clean and tidy and Kimberly thought of everything! …from k-cups and creamer right down to toothpaste and q-tips! We contacted Kimberly a couple of times with questions and she responded immediately! We could not have asked for anything more! Thank you!
