Everything was great about this place. So convenient and communication was great. I guess the only complaint was how early we were woke up by trash pickup. :-( But other than that, everything was perfect.

Cozy little condo with excellent location!

This was such a good find! It has a great location to the main strip! Easily a minute walk up to the strip with all the restaurants and shops. Parking is free!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Cutest little condo that was local to downtown Gatlinburg! Very clean. Very easy to get in and out of-parking space wise and elevator wise. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a weekend getaway! We will stay here again.

Stay for Wedding

The condo itself was pretty accurate, was a little small, but worked for our purpose, as we only slept and dressed in it.Great proximity to Parkway with out the congestion.Only issue was communication with owner, not responsive and the actual condo number was hard to find on the notification.Otherwise, great!

Perfect locations to walk everywhere. The place was tidy, perfect amount of space for Two adults and one small child. Master bed was super comfortable too.

This is great location and within walking distance to the entire strip in Gatlinburg. Bed was super comfy. The only complaint is that you can hear all the traffic that goes by the condo

Cozy condo in an excellent location

Perfect condo with great views of Gatlinburg attractions! Wonderful wood-burning fireplace that we enjoyed. They sell wood at the marathon right up the road from the condo. Nothing was a hassle. Very easy check-in, parking pass was in the room, elevator is very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and look forward to staying here again soon.

One of the cutest and cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in in Gatlinburg! My daughter and I were there for a tournament and we loved our accommodations so much! The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Highly recommend this place!!

Family trip

This was a short family trip so we wanted to be local! The strip was a short walk away, and even better access to room via car down river road instead of the main strip traffic! Will be back!

Good location

Older property but owner had upgraded their unit. It was small but nice. Easy walk to the parkway. There was a miscommunication with the clean up team on the check in time and we had to wait for it to be cleaned but the owner accommodated us. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect!

There is nothing negative to say about this rental! The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. Even the sofa bed was comfy! All linens needed were provided. Everything was updated which made for a nice stay. Very convenient because it is within walking distance to the main strip...one block over. I made contact with the owner and she immediately answered my message. This will be our go-to for our next Gatlinburg getaway!

Perfect Me Time

Needed time to myself to destress from work and relax in my happy place. This condo did this and then so much more!!! To walking the strip, relaxation at the condo or sitting by the pool this unit had it all. The Owner addressed all my concerns and went above to make me feel comfortable staying with them. The condo is beautiful decorated to fit the surrounding area. I would love to stay and use the fireplace in the winter months. Thanks Karen for sharing your home with me!!!!

Great location. Nice unit. Small, but perfect for the 2 of us. Communication with property manager was spotty. Did not respond to all of my questions. Would’ve been helpful to let us know the location of the parking pass prior to arrival. Primary problem to improve is wireless internet. Frequent buffering when streaming. Tried rebooting router, with property manager consent, but didn’t help. Connectivity was better using the cell signal and disconnecting from wireless for our devices.

Weekend Getaway

The overall process was easy. I contacted the property manager to get info on entering the room, and Aiden responded promptly with the information I needed. The room is on the first floor next to the stairs and elevator for easy access. The room was clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of towels for two people and extra pillows and blankets if needed. The couch is a pullout sofa that we didn't need but is nice to see for future stays. The mattress in the bedroom was pretty hard compared to sleeping on foam mattresses like Purple, Casper, or Tempur Pedic. My back was sore after two nights. The location is fantastic, being steps from the main strip. We didn't need to move the car once for our three-day stay as everything was within walking distance. We didn't use any of the kitchen items as we ate out, but is stocked if you want to cook. Overall, the stay was pleasant and well worth the price compared to the cost of the hotels on the strip, and we would love to come back again.

First trip to Gatlinburg

We interacted with the property manager to try and get into the rental a day early due to inclement weather. Karen was very accommodating and provided some excellent tips for the unit and the area. This is a 1 bedroom cozy unit that is beautiful and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and extra blankets were available. The shower/bathroom were also great. A nice roomy shower/tub with places to place soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen area is galley style with a frig, microwave, toaster oven and electric 2 burner stove. There is a small 2 seat table for Dining. The den is cozy with a comfy sofa and excellent wood burning fireplace. Karen/owner provided us to a tip to grab a few duraflame logs which burn about 4 hours. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Peddler and a great afternoon of football watching and relaxing at the Smoky Mountain Brewery. Excellent breakfast at Crocketts Breakfast Camp. ( recommend joining the wait list online) This unit is very close to everything so we could park and walk everywhere.
