2023 renovated townhouse in StillWaters gated community. Peaceful neighborhood amongst the pines of Alabama. Enjoy relaxing under stars on the back deck, boating in Lake Martin, dining at one of our many restaurants, or going to Auburn. Then take a dip in our community pool or playing a round of golf. We also have new tennis and pickleball courts if that’s your racquet! StillWaters has restaurants, a lakeside general store and a full service marina for your enjoyment. Enjoy Sunday Church Worship at our very own chapel near the calm waters of Lake Martin.

Auburn is a short drive through the country side and perfect for SEC home games! New Water Farms is only 4 miles away on Highway 34. Stay with us to share in that special event at New Water Farms. Hiking is amazing around Lake Matin at various locations. Fall is our favorite time at the lake with the changing of the foliage. Waverly is also a favorite spot of ours for dinner and a short hop down 280.

Great Place for Friends!

Such a cute place to stay! The beds were clean and very comfortable. The host was quickly responsive to all questions and even let us check in early. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area!

Lake Martin Family Reunion

This lovely cottage in Stillwaters was the perfect place for our family reunion at Lake Martin. The beds were comfortable, and the condo had lovely decor. Easy to access and directions spot on. We will stay here again!

Great visit, great place, great host!!

Really nice place. Clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Located In a quiet area of Still Waters but within walking distance to the pool. Roku TV with all the streaming apps and games in the cabinet underneath. Beds are super comfy. Easy check-in/check-out. Host was very responsive and responded within minutes. Highly recommended!!

Cute, Cozy, & Comfy

We really enjoyed our stay here. All 3 of the mattresses were the BEST any of us have ever slept on!!! My elderly grandparents recently got themselves a new bed, & now they’re wanting to get one exactly like the one in this unit! The decor was sooo cute & really made for a relaxing & enjoyable atmosphere. The host was an excellent communicator & responded quickly (even helped us with recommendations on where to rent a pontoon). The ONLY thing we weren’t super excited about was the 10am checkout time (but only b/c we’re used to 11 & that extra hour is a game changer when traveling with elderly grandparents that are used to leisurely mornings). HIGHLY recommend, & will certainly be trying to book this place again next year during our annual family reunion.

Oh yes! Let's do this again!

We were impressed from the moment we opened the door. It is everything you need for a home away from home. Get ready for a well planned condo that feels like a getaway cottage all your own. The bed is 10 plus comfort! The colors and decor, oh yes! Just breath in and enjoy! Leigh and Josh are great hosts. They leave you to enjoy but if you need them they are there for you.

Quiet Lake Martin

Great, quiet location if you are interested in staying near Lake Martin. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Nice back deck area to grill and relax outside. Quick communication from the host anytime I sent a message or asked a question leading up to our stay (or during our stay) Super easy “check-out” list [if you’ve ever stayed at a property that had a really long, lengthy check-out to-do list, you’ll appreciate this host’s very simple and easy requests] Pool is very close by and within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Great find for a new vacation destination.

Well below standard of Stillwater’s.

Booked for an 18 night stay and left after night 1. Pictures are not accurate of condition of unit. Very unkempt outside, no deadbolt, foul smell and bugs inside. Contacted VRBO and host who said I was rude, disrespectful and threatening because I asked for a safe, clean and pest free unit -- and a refund because I didn't stay there. I am a former homeowner in Stillwaters and frequent renter - this unit is substandard.

We are grateful for each guest that chooses to stay at our villa. We are equally saddened that our villa did not meet your vacation rental standards. From the moment we were messaged we leapt into action by mobilizing both our professional cleaning team and our maintenance crew to correct all deficiencies reported. When we let you know that our teams would be there the next day (within 12 hours) to rectify all of her concerns, it was declined and you chose to leave the next day. Our villa is equipped with a Schlage Encode WiFi deadbolt (Grade A level home security) and is located in a lovely wooded section of the gated StillWaters community known as Eagle Peak Circle. This wooded setting forms the ambiance that makes our villa so special with natural landscaping, not unkempt. Again, we strive to make every guest’s time at our villa special, peaceful, safe, and relaxing.

StillWaters is an amazing quiet gated community located on the Auburn side of Lake Martin. We love Lake Martin and our little neighborhood. Abundant wildlife and quiet coffee on the back deck overlooking the Alabama piney woods hillsides. Simply the best. Our community has a fully stocked marina, lake store, multiple restaurants, 18 hole golf course, newly overlaid tennis and pickle ball courts, playground, amazing pool (seasonal) only steps away from our villa. Auburn is a short 29 mile country backroads ride and is a fantastic town with all the modern amenities one would need. The climate is some of the best as we are in the foothills of the mountains.

We fully updated and furnished our property with the best quality possible. Our beds are all top shelf hybrid mattress and no expenses spared. We love hosting and want our guests to leave relaxed and having said they enjoyed our villa.
