Welcome to Sunvail! Beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo located across Lionshead Village offering tons of amenities. Year-round heated pool, hot tub, walking distance to Vail and free parking!

 **Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in!

As you make your way in, you are greeted by an open living area and floor to ceiling windows perfect for taking in the beautiful mountainscapes. 

Meals made easy in the well-equipped kitchen offering all the essential cookware. When dinner’s ready, dish up at the wooden dining table with seating for six and an additional three at the breakfast bar, giving plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a meal.  Just off the living room and the kitchen is a large mountain-facing deck, with a grill and chairs the perfect spot for unwinding after a great day on the slopes.

The primary suite is located at the end of the unit, comes with a comfortable queen size bed and en-suite. The first guest bedroom offers two twin size beds and shares the bathroom with the second guest bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin/ double bunk bed. All beds are set with cozy mattresses and hotel quality linens for your best nights sleep.

There are lots of trails nearby for hiking and biking. You can easily choose to walk to the lifts or enjoy one of Lionshead’s wonderful restaurants via the pedestrian bridge. Year-round heated pool, hot tubs, parking and too many amenities to name, this unbeatable property is the place to call home on your next destination vacation!

*The fireplace is out of order.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

The place was neat and clean. It is 1/2 mile walk to the ice rink in Lion's Head, which was really nice to walk to the slopes each day. The road noise from I-70 was obvious, and could be an issue for light sleepers. The gas fireplace was 'under repair' which was disappointing.

The location and amenities of this condo made it a wonderful place for our family to stay while skiing in Vail. My husband and 2 adult children enjoyed the easy walk to the shuttle stop as well as pedestrian bridge into Lionshead Village. The hot tubs and sauna next to the heated pool were a wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes. The spacious condo is well appointed, with comfy beds and showers with high pressure hot water. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (pasta pot?). The condo was also very clean. A couple suggestions to improve future renters experience: fix the fireplace, get a new TV to replace the 24” computer monitor, and make sure to emphasize the unit is on 3rd floor (no elevator)!

Great location and exactly as advertised

Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Great location right across i70 from Lionshead. Bus station within a short walk. My kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Great condo! Clean, comfortable and exactly as described on VRBO site. The reclining chairs in the cozy living room were an added bonus for relaxing after a great day on the slopes. Great location, close to the lifts and the village. Despite the fireplace not working, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. This is a 3rd floor unit (no elevator) so plan accordingly.

Excellent experience

My Family and I spent 3 weeks in Vail and had a wonderful time. Condo is very well located in Lionshead, if you are willing to walk 10min to main places (this was not an issue for us in summer). General condition is ok with some suggested improvements such as the blinds. It has everything you need to spend a great time.

Place was ok. Lacked amenities. Fireplace was out of order. TV wasn’t capable of streaming and was very small. Bedroom with bunk beds didn’t have a table or lamp. Only a very poor light over the door. Bathrooms are very dated. Only one hot tub was working and the one good one was always full.Only one bathroom had soap and shampoo. Cups and pans were left dirty and the code pot was not cleaned out. I was never sent an arrival email and then I was sent the wrong code. Disappointed.
