Uncomfortable

Overall, the resort was OK, but the rooms was very small. The beds was very hard and it wasn’t clean to perfection. It was nasty. The ice machines was rusty and dirty in our room that we stayed didn’t look like it was blood splatters on the wall, but overall, the pools was nice. The resort was OK.

The host was polite and easy to communicate with, but unfortunately, the stay was disappointing overall. Our unit was switched the day before we arrived, and the new one was in poor condition. It wasn’t very clean, there was a strange odor throughout, and the bathroom was especially run-down.There was a hole in the wall, visible mold, and the overall space just felt neglected. While the host was kind and very helpful , the condition of the unit made the stay uncomfortable.
