We had a great stay. The condo unit has a beautiful view and was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. MARY, the host was awesome! She was excellent in communicating with us from the beginning planning stages to our departure. Thank you Mary! I highly recommend this condo and the whole Cowpet facility.

Enjoyable time for all!

Great waterfront condo. Comfortable, everything you need, fully stocked accommodations. Kitchen has all you need, as well! Anyone renting will be very pleased.

Great

Mary's place was clean and well stocked with towels and beach toys. The view was absolutely beautiful and I loved that there was a private beach and pool. Mary was very responsive whenever I had questions. Location very close to many of the nice beaches. Would definitely stay again in the future

just gorgeous

What a view! We watched the sunrise from the balcony and my kids (5 and 1) had a great time on the beach. Space was very clean, nicely decorated and kitchen well stocked. Mary was super responsive and helpful. I didn’t want to leave.

Great stay

The condo is located in the beautiful Cowpet Bay with amazing views. We enjoyed morning coffee on a balcony overlooking the bay. It shares amenities with the resort next door (pool and restaurants). Location is a short drive away from some of the best beaches and shopping/restaurants in Red Hook (5 min drive). The condo was very specious for 5 of us. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Mary is a great host, very fast in responding and extremely helpful with any questions. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again.
