As you step inside, magnificent lake views invite you past the cozy living room with blazing-fast WiFi & out to the balcony with a BBQ, dining, fireplace, 4 kayaks & an 8-person jacuzzi. Just a 12 min drive to La Piedra & 20 mins to town! An unforgettable experience awaits you at Casa Chévere!
The space
Our house is the perfect getaway for those seeking to relax and reset.

As you step inside, the breathtaking lake views immediately captivate your senses. The spacious living area is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite you out onto the balcony to savor the fresh air. Sink into a bean bag with your favorite book or cozy up by the outdoor fireplace and enjoy the view!

The main showstoppers here include:
- 8-person jacuzzi surrounded by the picturesque beauty of the lake and the mountains in the distance
- 2 suspended hammocks at the deck’s edge that make you feel like you’re floating above the lake
- 4 kayaks (two doubles, two singles) with paddles and life vests
- Yoga mats to stay active
- Fully equipped kitchen
- BBQ area
- Fresh towels and linens provided

When it's time to rest, retire to any of the 4 bedrooms, each uniquely designed and thoughtfully decorated to provide maximum comfort and relaxation.

Yellow Bedroom:
- Queen bed
- 55” Smart TV
- Ensuite bathroom

Green and Blue Rooms
- Shared handicap-accessible bathroom
- Each have a queen + twin bed layout

Red Room
- Queen bed and access to a full bathroom on the other side of the hallway

NOTE: A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, though not entirely necessary
Guest access
Guests have access to the full expanse of the property aside from a storage room in the front right of the house, and a utility room by the jacuzzi.

Additional rules
-Pets are allowed, but you MUST inform us ahead of time, they may not be left alone, and NO animals on any furniture (beds, couches, outdoor
seating, etc.). Guests who bring pets without informing us beforehand will be
subject to an additional fee.

- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out may be possible with prior approval. Subject to availability. There may be a fee associated.

- Please close the shared gate upon EVERY entry and exit as livestock may enter and cause damages

- Max 10 guests

- No parties or events

- No smoking indoors

- Please lock shared gate when entering/exiting

- All visitors must be registered

- Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian

- Please respect the neighbors and keep noise at a minimal level

- 3 guests maximum per suspended hammock net - no shoes please

- Turn off gas when not in use to prevent any accidents

- We know the stray dogs are sweet, but please do not feed them on our
premises as they will hang out and bark at night!
