Experience a peaceful retreat at this quaint bayfront escape, featuring a queen bedroom with a brand-new mattress and a full bathroom. The living room offers ample seating and a wall of windows framing breathtaking views of Netarts Bay—perfect for watching tranquil summer waves or dramatic winter storms. Experience true privacy and simplicity in this quiet, oceanfront home.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at our bayfront property. Guests have access to a shared carport, and our cozy unit features a brand-new queen bed with additional sleeping space for a third guest on the couch. You are also welcome to relax in our first-come, first-served Adirondack chairs located on the lower street level, which are shared with guests in other units within the building.

You will have full, private access to your apartment throughout your stay. While the building includes other residential units, the interior space is exclusively yours; only the exterior grounds and parking area are shared with neighbors.

I live locally and am readily available to assist you throughout your stay should you need anything. Otherwise, I will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your peaceful getaway undisturbed.

Located just south of the Terri Moore Hotel, our property is nestled in a quiet, well-maintained building consisting of two vacation rentals, two owner-occupied units, and one long-term residence. This mix of neighbors ensures a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for your stay.

Amazing ocean/bay view and great location. Lots of space for two people. Was a little dated but had everything we needed for a short stay.

Beautiful view and just steps from the beach

Think retro 70s vibe but very clean and cozy. The entire wall was windows with stunning views. The host was very accommodating. I mistakingly only researved 1 night and thought I had reserved 2. She was very understanding and sent me the link to book the second night. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well sticked with all the basics. This was a perfect homebase for seeing the Air Museum, clamming and catching the Christmas train.

This apartment offers incredible views of the north end of the Netarts Bay and beaches near it. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets during the very nice weather we luckily encountered during this visit to the area. The apartment is very spacious. Its kitchen is well-equipped and very clean. We found the old mattress uncomfortable, with essentially a hollowed out area in the middle and pretty hard side areas. The bathroom was okay, but really needs more towel racks in the moist ocean climate.We'd love to stay there again if these issues were solved. We had trouble sleeping and this is not what anyone wants on a vacation retreat. Finally, the stairs up to the area have dark, dirty carpeting and an entry door with springs so tight that my foot would get caught between it and the bottom stair unless I had a hand free each time to hold it open. The carport area was also dirty and very uninviting. This rental has so much potential to be a wonderful experience and it would take little or effort to bring it up to a more enjoyable place.

Terrible

Where to start? -The janky bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. Imagine being on a romantic getaway and having to have your partner go outside so you can go to the bathroom without them hearing the whole thing. Gross. -Soap dispenser in bathroom was completely dysfunctional. Also gross. -Trying to get a good night’s rest? The carbon monoxide’s low battery alarm started going off at 3am. No batteries on site. The property manual said “the batteries are changed regularly.” Clearly this wasn’t true and required my husband to eventually go outside in the rain at 3am to put the alarm somewhere we can’t hear it so we can finally get some sleep in a place Joe unprotected by a carbon monoxide alarm. -Furniture was visibly dusty. -Place was freezing and the thermostat was not exactly user friendly. No temperature numbers, and setting it to “warmer” did nothing. No instructions anywhere. -The user manual threatens extra cleaning fees if we don’t wash AND DRY our sheets and towels before we leave. I guess we’ll spend our one-night getaway doing laundry when we literally already paid an agreed-upon cleaning fee when reserving? -Called the host to discuss some other issues and they just casually texted back. If you’re going to have people staying in your property, at least give the courtesy of a callback. -messaged the host about these concerns after that terrible night and they completely ignored us. -no responsibility from VRBO or the host’s end
