We have Wi-Fi controlled self-check in smart lock. Once your booking is confirmed, our smart lock will send the access code .
No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests.
***Additional fee for 8+ guests
Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply.
***Trash day is every Monday, please place trash cans in front of house on Sunday evening.
