Royal Palm @ Palm Life Belize: Upscale condo overlooking the Caribbean Sea!

ROYAL PALM UNIT #2 @ Palm Life is located on the north island of Caye Caulker. This is the newest area being developed. Our (2) condos were completed in 2019 and offer upscale rentals with full amenities. This condo is open concept, and has 555 sq. ft., and an additional 400 sq ft. veranda. The unit has a queen bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, 44" smart TV, WiFi and air conditioning. We offer a roof top palapa/lounge area. We have water access just 100 yards away for swimming and snorkeling.
The space

Unit #2 It is our newest listing starting February 2023 and is located on the 2nd level so the view is even more expansive.
Guest access:
You have access to your unit and the roof top lounging area under the palapa. The roof top is a common area for both units.
Other things to note:
Check out Coconut Palm Unit #1 which is identical floor plan except it is one floor lower which also gives you views of the Caribbean Sea. This affords private space if two couples are traveling together by renting both units.

Wonderful. Welcoming. Beautifully done and comfortable. Hosts could not be finer people. North Caye Caulker is the place to stay. The split ferry takes seconds, is inexpensive and supremely fun. The owners here kindly provide bicycles but do yourselves a favor and rent a cart.

We were given clear instructions on how to get our accommodation. It was very comfortable with a firm mattress and the kitchen is well appointed. It has amazing views and the shared rooftop space is extraordinary. We loved listening to the birds. Great restaurants with very friendly staff are relatively close and the bikes that were provided made all the difference. Check out Bliss Beach! If we ever returned we would stay again.

The accommodation were perfect. A few items that were taken care of by Vanzie very quickly. She met us on arrival and my husband almost hugged her! She had a couple of cold beverages and snacks ready for us! We loved that we could ride the bikes to the south side or have a water taxi pick us up at the dock by the house! Nice neighbors. Wonderful food! We enjoyed our anniversary trip? The accommodations were clean and had all the items we needed if we ate in. The small grocery store had tea so i was able to have my sweet tea all week that i normally miss on vacations!

Fun Sister Vacation

Took a sister trip. There were three of us but the condo was big enough to accommodate three. We had a fantastic time and felt right at home. The condo has everything you need. We had never stayed on the North side before and I am so glad we did. It was beautiful. The views from your private porch are breathtaking and up top gets even better. We loved the swings. Manager, Vanzie, took absolutely great care of us. Especially when we got in a small pickle when we arrived. Got to meet owners Brad and Mark. They are fantastic and offered help if we needed anything but did not hover and gave us privacy. Advice if staying here. Pack light. The steps aren’t fun with big luggage. We knew better and still did it. But you really don’t need lots of shoes and 20 shirts and shorts. You won’t use that makeup and the condo supplied full size soap and a hairdryer. And even had shampoos. You will need bug spray. The mosquitoes are mean little suckers that come out at 5 5:30ish pm. There was a great bug lotion in the condo that we used. Rent a golf cart. We had a lot of fun driving around the North side and exploring. The North side is growing but many times we felt we were in the jungle and the birds we saw were beautiful and the amount of iguanas were crazy! You may or may not meet a lizard of some type in or around your condo. He’s cool. Don’t worry. We named him Smokey. Tell him we said Hi! Bottom line I would go back tomorrow. This place was amazing! You will not be disappointed!

Great location and amenities, views can't be beat! The bikes were a little dilapidated, but sufficed to get us around easily. Helpful notes on arrival and the help with departure arrangements including a direct shuttle to the ferry dock couldn't be better. A!

Our first trip to Caye Caulker was 2014 on a snorkeling trip from San Pedro. But when we stopped for lunch on Caye Caulker, We knew this was a special place so the next year we came back here. And on that trip, bought property and built Palm Life Belize in 2019.

Palm Life Belize, which is made up of (2) condos, Coconut Palm and Royal Palm. we are located on the northside of the Split. It's the newest development on Caye Caulker. The island has no paved streets and no vehicles, so you ever walk, ride bikes or use golf cart. The island is only 5 miles long with the motto "Go Slow"

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We offer a beautiful condo with Belizean hardwood ceilings and most of the furniture is hand made from the mainland. Our private verandas overlook the tall palms and the Caribbean Sea. The common area rooftop palapa and lounge area gives you a 360 degree views of the island and reef. Most of the restaurants on the northside provide pick up and delivery service for our guests.
